All of my belongings were damaged in my unit between the mold and dead rodents nesting in my boxes. Roach poop in things. Hundreds of dollars worth of shoes/clothes and other miscellaneous items damaged. The girl working took pictures and filed and incident report, but I'm not sure it's going to do any good. read more

Not even going to give it a star but couldn't give it a continue option until a clicked atleast one star. Stacey doesn't deserve the one star. :( Horrible customer service. Stacey screwed us. Left us in a bind. Calling around looking for an RV spot all morning, called the main Extra Space storage number and after I hung up with them, Stacey personally called me back stating they had a spot available for me. Went and looked at the spot, agreed that's what we wanted told her we had paperwork for her to look at and she said " oh good that's ok You have your paperwork, just bring that in when you come back." We asked if we had a reservation or if we needed to pay before walking out and she YES I have you in the system you are good just pay when you come back. Less than a week later, my husband went back in to pay for the unit after we had our RV transport arranged from out of town, just for her to tell us we needed something else from our paperwork and that she gave out spot away and we could have a much smaller one in a bad spot. I had positive and negative experience with them the last past year. The positive was the gate never broke the lot location I rented was a safe location. The negative was you get a set rate, and the rate climbs every 2 months. Started out at 25 mth. Ended up at $35 plus. If I moved my RV from the lot more than two days their constantly calling to see if you moved out. If your tags go out or insurance expires, they'll send you threatening letters. Everything has to have insurance on it. Instead of signing a no liability form like most storage places have you do. read more

The place is nasty. The bathrooms are never clean, or have toilet paper. They have rodents. There was a bat in my storage. There is never a cart EVER, oh wait if you look for 20 minutes you might find the cart with no handle. The manager told me that other customers tied a rope on it.... Awesome I'll remember to bring a rope with me when I come because they are apparently never buying more. The gate was broke once. I called, they told me to lift it myself. .. thanks for your help. The climate controlled storage is a sauna. I pay more to not sweat my butt off. I use my storage for work. I go weekly and occasionally have to stay for hours to organize my shipments. Have been with this facility for a couple of years. They gave me a great price, but after the first year my price has gone up!!! Like almost DOUBLE!! It's a scam to get you in, then once your in they jack up the Fees!!! read more

Stacy really helped us in a time of need. We would recommend them to all of our friends and family. We were in a bind, we had a confirmation from another storage building and we coming from out of town. When we arrived we were told they had no availability. So we went to Extra Space Storage and Stacy was right there to help us out. She offered us a bigger space for less money then the other place did.
