I never give reviews but I have to on this occasion. We just moved from Grayson, GA to Statham, GA…read more Full 10 hour move and we have a LOT of stuff. First, the crew of 5 guys and two trucks. They were awesome! Went above and beyond. Did anything you asked them, very polite, and were a great example of a group that worked as a team Second, we ran out of room on the trucks. We weren't able to get our new fridge delivered due to a drop issue. Two of the guys drove back to Grayson (30 minutes each way) to get our secondary fridge and a back patio table. This so we could have a fridge in the garage until our primary one gets delivered on Monday. We couldn't go a whole weekend with coolers and ice for the family. This at NO extra charge Lastly. There was a deep scratch on our hardwood floor entry and a good bit of oil spots all the way up the drive way due to a truck oil issue. I mentioned it to the main guy and without me knowing he called Josh one of the owners. Josh called me directly and said he was on the way to resolve the clean up and take care of the floor Josh hand scrubbed the entire driveway issues with a brush and worked on fixing the hardwood scratch. The total work took about 2 hours and he staying until 7:00 PM on Friday night. Just wow Now as a small business owner myself, this is one example of a company and service job that Josh/team should be very proud of. It should be 10 stars on Yelp On a side note, this is my third move with Two Men and a Truck over the last 17 years. It won't be my last but I hope we don't have to do it again for another 12 years :)

I recently used Gameday Moving Services. They damaged almost every piece of furniture, from…read morescratches & gouges, to cutting a leather couch (all the way across the front). They dropped and damaged a desk, and damaged flooring in several places. They claim to be insured. But, be aware, they have insurance to cover damage they cause inside the home BUT NO INSURANCE to cover damage to your furniture and belongings that occurs during the transit from one house to the other.. I received compensation for the damages that occurred inside my home BUT nothing for the furniture damaged during transit..

If you're looking for a great moving company, CALL GEORGIA HOME MOVERS…read more Atlanta reliable movers are not a real moving company. They sub the work out to small groups of people with trucks. will quote your job and when they show up, whatever they can't fit in the truck.. they just don't take. No discount for making me have to take the items even though they said they would take all my things. Even worse over the phone they said they would break down and rebuild all my items that needed it(even though I said I'd do it for some money off... she said it was included in the price so even if I did it, it would still cost the same.. ok I let them do it) now when we're inside the room, they tell me they never rebuild things due to liability purposes. Whatever, I've never heard that but ok. I went to build my babies crib... and I find out WHY they couldn't "rebuild it" they pulled 80% of the screws out with force, instead of using the right tool. Imagine trying to put it back together? Impossible. They ruined a $1000 crib. I call them to have them come and fix it, as it was in the same place they left it, lady (I think it's Laurie?) I spoke with said she'd call me back. Never did, I texted her.. no response. Such a shameful way of business. Other reviews must be fake or close friends of theirs. Please do NOT make the mistake I did.

There were difficulties bringing the furniture to the second floor due to the angle of my stairs. It took him and his team two days to finish the set up yet Scott personally came to helped me until everything was done. He was very polite and patient. I was feeling a great sense of guilt to see them working two days in a row. He brought extra help and together they worked together until everything was set up on the second floor. Thank you Scott! I really appreciate you. You sure are reliable!

Do not use this company…read more I hired All My Sons Moving specifically because I have a solid marble dining table that's heavy and fragile, and I needed movers I could trust to handle it properly. That trust was completely misplaced. I told the crew lead directly, before they touched the table, that it was fragile and needed careful handling. That message never made it to the second mover, who didn't speak English, so the two guys carrying my table down a flight of stairs weren't even communicating with each other. Predictably, they dropped it right onto concrete and chipped the corner of a table worth around $1,500. The driver stood right there and told me I'd be taken care of. That was a lie. I filed a formal claim with photos and a documented replacement cost of $1,049. Week later, AMS's "resolution" was a check for $133, calculated off some buried $0.60-per-pound liability clause that has nothing to do with what the table is actually worth. I responded in writing rejecting that insult of an offer within their own deadline. That was 3 days ago. Total silence since. This company will happily take your money and make promises on moving day, then hide behind fine print the second they break something expensive. Zero accountability, zero follow-through, and a claims process that's designed to lowball you and hope you give up. If you have anything of real value, do not trust these people to move it. I regret ever calling them for the one item i needed moved.

The packing and moving teams were efficient, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. While no move is ever entirely stress-free, this one came pretty close--and that's saying a lot. Communication was key throughout the process, and they stayed responsive even after the job was complete, which really stood out. Very highly recommend Georgia Pack and Load. They made a typically chaotic experience feel manageable and even pleasant.
