The location was really easy to find as it was right off 114. Everything in the area is newly built and there is plenty of parking. From the outside the event space doesn't look like much but don't let that fool you. As you enter the event space, it's like you stepped into a magical scene. I absolutely loved the lighting, they hung twinkle lights from wall to wall. On the main wall is a grass wall that you can use for a message or add flowers. The venue has tables that you can use which is a nice plus. They allow you to use any vendor you want and bring in anything like chairs, decor, etc. I love the fact that you don't have to use specific vendors for catering or rentals. The space is large enough for 75 people but would be most comfortable with around 60. I think it would be great for wedding, birthday parties, concerts, etc. There is enough space you could create a small stage or bring in a DJ. They also have a side room that could be used as dressing room or food prep area. Outside is another area that you could have an outdoor wedding. It would be a great place for pictures as you can catch the sunset. I forgot to mention that for the location and the flexibility of the venue, it's really budget friendly. The owner Nadine is awesome and goes above and beyond to help make your event go off without a hitch. I know some places are more hands off but she will literally help with anything that she can. He was so attentive to questions I had and met with me over the phone many times to discuss the big day. During our meeting he went over everything and the portal was super easy to use! On the day of Ed arrived early to set up and worked easily with the many changes that took place, like my coordinator being fired from the venue the day before my wedding! ZERO STARS -- One of the Most Distressing Vendor Experiences of My Career…read more I am a professional wedding planner writing this review on behalf of my couple, and I want to be very clear: in my ten years in this industry, I have never felt such shock, stress, or sadness for a couple on their wedding day because of a vendor. The DJ assigned to the event--who is also the owner--arrived hours late, offered no communication, and was visibly in no condition to work. When he arrived, he became unable to stand without assistance. At no point did he notify us in advance that he was severely ill, which would have allowed us to bring in a replacement and spare the couple an enormous amount of unnecessary stress. Because he could not unload or set up his equipment, the groomsmen--on a day meant to be joyful and celebratory--spent hours doing it themselves. We were moments away from delaying the ceremony because we were simply trying to get basic equipment functioning. Throughout the night, the DJ was almost entirely unable to perform. A wedding guest ultimately stepped in as the MC. The DJ spent most of the event resting in the groom's suite, and during the brief moments he attempted to be at his table, he did not appear able to operate his setup. The groomsmen then had to tear down and load all of the equipment at the end of the night as well. It was heartbreaking to watch the wedding party and guests fill roles they should never have been put in. This is not what anyone envisions for their wedding day. What has been especially difficult is what followed. Despite full transparency about what occurred, the owner has declined to issue any refund, stating that "services were performed." Given that the majority of the work was done by the wedding party and guests, this response has been incredibly disheartening. For additional context, the owner stepped in only because the originally assigned DJ had been unresponsive and unreliable in the weeks prior--a sign we hoped was isolated, but ultimately reflected a larger pattern. I am writing this review because I never want another couple to experience the level of anxiety, frustration, and disappointment this one endured. I strongly encourage future couples to choose a DJ service that is consistent, communicative, and prepared with proper contingency plans. A wedding day is far too important--and far too emotional--to be put at risk.
