He was very prompt in responding, and answered all our questions/concerns thoroughly. We had 2 ceremonies and 1 reception all in one day, and DJ Riz was very accommodating to our needs. He was very understanding and patient when it came to putting our song selections together, and made sure to clarify any discrepancies/missing items. DJ Skillz was our DJ on-site and he was AMAZING! To give you an idea, this was a Gujarati and Malayalee wedding, but we had a broad range of ages and cultures in our guestlist. DJ Skillz had them ALL on the dancefloor! DJ Riz and team did an excellent job with our fusion wedding! They combined Indian, American, and Spanish music perfectly so no one left the dance floor all night long during the reception. They also did a great job with the Mobile Baraat combining Indian and Spanish music so both families and friend groups wanted to dance the whole time even though it was 8am!! It's been almost a year since our wedding and we still feel just as delighted as we did then about choosing DJ Riz to be the DJ for the biggest day of our lives. As everyone knows, wedding planning can be stressful and I know how cliché the following statement sounds, but seriously - from the very first day I inquired to have Riz work his magic to the very last second, Riz was accommodating, helpful, and more than anything I could have asked for in a DJ. One key example of Riz's customer service is this - I had a minor freak out two weeks before the wedding because I thought some technical equipment wasn't going to work at my venue, my brother and I called Riz and he picked up right away. Mind you, he was at home with his children and could have easily sent me to voicemail, but he answered immediately, put me at ease, and talked me through it. In addition to that, there was a point when a vendor was fibbing about being able to follow through with something I had requested and Riz being the pro he is, maintained his professionalism while still being fully transparent, which is something that truly stuck out to me and I respect to this day. After being referred to and reviewing their prior events, I decided to hire "DJ Riz Entertainment" for my brother's wedding events. We had an initial consultation and decided to lock in a contract for 2 nights of entertainment. Since the booking, we had a few months and during that time to get organized. DJRiz was consistent, professional, and well organized. He asked for any specific preferences we had and ensured the event would be flawless. Email response time was prompt, questions were answered, and their professional advice was definitely admirable. They asked for any specific songs that we wanted to hear and when they should be played (i.e. entrance, cake cutting, open dance floor, etc.). Overall we felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. On the first night, the DJ was already there at the time promised, equipment was fully set up, and he ready to go. Before the program began, he pulled me over to the side and went over the agenda, playlist, and asked if there are any last minute changes we needed. This was very professional because he wanted to make sure everything was on par! Not only was he professional, but he was personal with the crowd and even acknowledged all the performers individually after each performance, and also kept everyone entertained all night (even the elderly parents) On the second night, again he was on time, set up, and went over the agenda before the festivities began.
