There are a couple condo complexes nearby and even more going up in the distance. There's ample free parking and some valet parking. What sets this town center apart from a lot of other shopping centers are the common spaces outdoors where you can sit, relax, and just have fun. There are plenty of shaded benches, Adirondack chairs, and tables with umbrellas. Fun water features also add to the ambiance. This is a welcome addition to KoP. I was pretty skeptical when I heard the business area was going up, but I think this is going to become a super trendy place to shop and dine.

The parking lot isn't the best it's small and cramped, but the stores themselves are decent enough to carry the shopping center. Kohl's and Homegoods are the big names for department stores while Subway and Philly Pretzel Factory are the big names for fast food while McCaffrey's Food Market is the shopping centers grocery market. The rest of the strip mall is smaller businesses and eateries but they seem decent enough as well. There is a Wells Fargo Bank in the shopping center too but it is closed off from the rest of the shopping center and only accessed through another entrance from West Skippack Pike. It's a decent enough center and it will have the nessesities, if little else.

Joining them now is barre 3 fitness studio (need to try this asap!) and downstairs, my new favorite market: MOM's. Their store has it all: organic produce and meats, allergen-free options for everything from cheese and crackers to ice cream to healthy children's snacks and juices, and a HUGE selection of skincare products and vitamin supplements. They also offer free water to stay hydrated while you peruse their wide aisles or wait for your order from their Naked Lunch bar. I highly recommend the black bean burger....their juice bar is fantastic, also. Shopping here is truly eye-opening. And speaking of opening, I was excited to see the progress being made for the opening of the farmer's market. With vendors such as LeBus and Margaret Kuo's and Bella Olivia, among others, I am very eager for this part of the newly-renovated center to open.
