I was new to Central PA and in desperate need of extensions for fine hair. I called several places in Central PA, and every Salon offered one or two methods. Constance is the best hair extension expert in the United States, in our opinion!!! My daughter has been receiving extensions,both long and short, from her for the past four years, and every time, she treats her like a queen!!! Not only does she exclusively work with her, one on one during her appointment; but she also provides a nice meal and snacks as well to make it a very luxurious, spa-like experience.
