One person behind the desk had a mask and the other didn't. The two massage therapists I saw that afternoon (including mine) both had masks on. You sign in and complete documentation before going back. My massage therapist asked a couple of questions and covered some points on the paperwork which helped me understand their process better. I've been to quite a few places before, but this was pretty nice. Music not too loud, my therapist was not chatty (super appreciate), and it was a comfortable atmosphere. All in all, relaxing and therapeutic session. I look forward to going back! Prices seem a little high but I may look into the membership to make it more manageable.

I had an hour long Chinese message with cupping. I usually made 2-4 trips a year before parenthood and this visit is my first after a whole year of not (makes for a more honest and detailed review). Ms. Tina was my therapist and I highly recommend. The caliber of treatment is up to par with establishments charging 3 times higher in rates. I have trouble with my hip, knees and both shoulders, after my session I felt pounds lighter (muscular tenderness was almost completely absent). Her technique/experience speak for itself and I can only support with my testimony. Initially intending to continue IPL treatments, I was persuaded to try this new peel that was marketed as gentle and convenient with no downtime. I found no reviews online regarding this product and put my trust in the personnel working in the Medispa at Spargo. There were four sessions spaced a week apart. Despite following all post-treatment instructions--applying the recommended Factor 5 facial mask to soothe my skin and maintain hydration--I encountered significant problems. Rather than seeing healthier, rejuvenated skin, I developed large red spots and severe dryness after each peel. I was told my face would look so much better after a week or two. The discomfort was substantial, and even with additional application of lotion and Aquaphor, my skin's condition worsened. Makeup failed to conceal the marks and I was told after the 3rd treatment that I needed to do 4 even though I planned on stopping due to the effects on my face. Although Spargo refunded the cost of my final treatment, the damage is more than when I started. I was hoping to get rid of age/sun marks on my face this product was terrible for me.
