BUYER BEWARE: I ordered clothing from Mary's Boutique to the tune of $171. The clothing arrived…read moreand I was so disappointed with the quality, fit, etc. They didn't compare to what was advertised on social media. Classic case of "bait and switch." I contacted the boutique via email to return the items for a full refund and was offered a 50% discount to keep the items. Obviously, I didn't accept this offer because I didn't want the clothing. I was told that I had to return the items to China at my expense. Unfortunately, I didn't review the return policy before I purchased the clothing. I was under the assumption this boutique was in CA. So, I returned the clothing per their instructions and at a cost of $45. I exchanged emails with the boutique about the return address, etc. and they were very responsive. Two months have passed and no refund so I emailed them several times to check on the status of my refund and they haven't responded. I should have accepted their offer of a 50% discount because now I'm out $171 plus $45 return shipping fee. I don't understand how they can get away with this!
