I would never ever coming back in here. I used a groupon and paid to get a volume one but Christina I believe gave me a hybrid one! I do know the difference of hybrid and a volume one I even told her what I wanted and showed pictures but didn't even get to close on what I showed to her. Ughhh! I always get my lashes done like every 2 months in Pania's Lash Bar because my false eye lashes doesn't come off fast. But here woop like in a week it was already less and falling and in different directions. And also I already knew they were using a cheap glue because my eyes were burning and was tearing the whole process thing and so I ended up having some red colored in my eyes and lasted for like 24hrs. Unlike were I used to go place were nice, calm, cool and cold. But this place sucks no energy at all. With their price so high it's not worth it. I will go back were I used to go. PANIA'S LASH BAR! My first experience here was terrible. I bought a groupon for iBeauty Room in Hollywood, but they sent me here because the owner is the same for both locations.The first aesthetician did not even inquire to see what type of lashes I wanted (curl, thickness, overall look) and just proceeded without any sort of intro. The process of the full-set took about two hours. Way longer than anticipated. I have had a full-set done at another location and it only took about an hour and ten minutes. At IBeauty, I woke up with my eyes stinging and tearing up because of the glue. My eyes were swollen for about 2-3 hours. This DID NOT happen at the other place I went to. Hoping it was just the particular aesthetician and not wanting to waste my money, I booked my follow-up fill appointment with a different person. However, they called me the DAY OF notifying me that she was sick and had to reschedule. That's fine, totally understandable. Then, I got terribly sick with the flu the day of my rescheduled appointment so I called to reschedule in the morning and they told me they would have to charge me $25 for calling in the same day. Ridiculous. So if the aesthetician calls in sick the same day of my appointment, no harm no foul. But if I call in sick-and you could clearly hear in my voice how sick I was; I couldn't even go to work for 4 days-then they charge you a fee. Over the course of the hour, I argued my point and finally got my appointment rescheduled for free. Begrudgingly, I went in for my fill the following week. I felt bad because it had now almost been a month since my first appointment and offered to pay the difference. Kindly, she declined and did an AMAZING job on my eyelashes. No stinging, extra curl as I wanted, and was extremely polite despite the whole situation. Andrea is amazing. She saves this lash studio with her skill, politeness, and gentleness. I came to Andrea after having a pretty terrible experience elsewhere (too heavy/thick of lashes for my taste and ended up with damaged lashes) but Andrea did an amazing job with me going for a classic/natural look. I am able to make the lashes last 3 weeks, as long as I'm pretty careful with them and they still look great. This place is incredible! I have naturally blonde hair and my eyelashes are practically nonexistent without layers of mascara and constant touch ups with a curler throughout the day. I've thought about lash extensions for years, however, my crippling fear of having all of my eyelashes fall out has kept me on the sidelines. After seeing a friend of mine who recently had her lashes done, I immediately made an appt. I opened my eyes after an hour and woke up to full, long, and beautiful lashes. I had never been able to get my natural lashes this long and full before. Even with the best mascara brands, my lashes were never able to look this good. The best part is.....THEY LOOK COMPLETELY NATURAL!! No one can tell that I have extensions on. These have completely changed the game for me! Never being big on lots of eye makeup, mascara was the one important thing in my beauty routine and now I don't even have to worry about it. I take good care of them and only have to get touch-ups about every 3 weeks even though they still look good, I just prefer them fuller. The girls at the salon are super helpful, play good music and make sure there is always an overall good vibe. I've been to all 3 aestheticians and couldn't recommend one over the other. I always check out reviews before going somewhere new, hence I decided to give this place a try. However I am now thinking that a lot of these must be written by friends because having tried Expression Lash for the first time this week, my lashes are now are mess and I am going somewhere else to get them fixed on Saturday. They are bunched together with gaps, some are twisted the wrong way and you can see the glue in places. They might be cheap but if you have the same experience as me, you'll end up paying twice as much to get them fixed. Magguie is super nice, shes was super patient since my eyes were tearing so much, but not because of the lashes, it always does that. Magguie gave me a blanket also since I was a bit cold.. Andrea the owner of lash expression studio is the best! About two years ago I got referred to her by one of my friends and I'm so happy I went! My lashes always come out looking natural and full; They last about a month! Also I'm not sure what kind of magic she does my real lashes are still strong lengthy (: Which is amazing because I've had horrible experiences with other lash places in the past. The staff here is very friendly, accommodating, and try their best to work around your schedule when you need to make an appointment.
