I specifically put the time frame I could make it and was given a 90 minute window. When the guy didn't show up on time I called. The guy just continued to repeat himself like I was a complete fool. For one if your guy is running late you need to contact customer and let him know. Two you apologize at least and provide an estimated time of arrival. Three your hire another person to answer the phone and follow one and two. The guy finally showed up. No apology for running late but whatever. The tow in itself took forever for the guy to get car on truck. Not sure if this was a new person or he was just being paid by the hour. Never seen it take so long to tow a car. Never again. I will pay out of pocket if my insurance company has no other options next time.just one thing to add the guy who towed my car knowing the alternator might be bad rolled down my window and couldn't get it back up. Why do you need a window rolled down to tow a car?

VW USA contracts with Steadfast and Edge towing for roadside service…read more They were contacted after a tire blowout to have the car towed to a nearby dealership. This was at 10:40pm, and contact was made at 11:oopm via text. About every 15 minutes, another text was sent saying they were on way. At midnight, the last text informed the driver that they would NOT be coming and to leave the keys in the unlocked car's center console. This left a teenage girl alone in a parking lot at midnight in a strange city. Contacted them again at 4:40pm the following day to pick the car. Was informed the tow truck would be there at 6:30pm. Around 7:30pm we were informed the driver needed to get a windshield wiper and the would be on the way. An hour later, still no tow truck. No contact until I contacted VW USA and complained again. By this time the dealership is closed, so no repairs can be made. Nearly 20 hours later, still no truck, but might be on the way. Had VW USA send a tow truck from another town, so we'll see who gets there first. This company is worthless and put a young girl in a scary situation. Their advice to leave the keys in the unlocked car is irresponsible. If your insurance or roadside assistance company uses this company, refuse and demand anyone else. Update: Edge/Steadfast contacted the driver and said they were 32 minutes away and enroute. 50 minutes later the second tow truck finally appear and took care of the car. Edge towing never showed for the second time. Worthless...dishonest..unprofessional..

Had a car towed from Norman to N Moore last weekend. I'm not sure what the "going rates" are for…read morewrecker service, but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm not offended by no nonsense talk, because I speak that way also. But the dispatch and the driver on initial contact was straight to the point. When the driver arrived at my house, he was polite and courteous, I paid by credit card, and that was that. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed.

I can not say enough good things about Adam and his wife Brittney. Being from out of town, I…read moredidn't know who I would get to repair the source of my check engine light being on. They scheduled quickly and were even able to come a day earlier than expected. When the initial problem was fixed, my light had another code that would have been extensive and expensive. Adam must have felt my worry because he texted me the next morning saying he wanted to try another part at no extra cost. They came back immediately when they got the part and no more check engine light! But...my battery was dead. Adam jump started my vehicle, followed me to O'reilley, ensured I received their discount (the battery for my specific vehicle is super expensive) and even put it in for me. I really can't say enough about the customer service, even if I would've needed the extensive repairs, they have gone above and beyond.
