I can't afford to shop there regularly, but their bi-annual sales are legendary. Everything eventually comes down to 75% off. The staff are friendly and cheerful and very classy for this sleepy town (but I'm biased- some of them are Wake students). I should also mention the location- a shocking pink former gas station on the strip of Reynolda Road inhabited by Pink Mink, Fabians, 1703 and the Krankie's silver bullet. A must-stop for anyone driving back to the West End or Downtown from campus on a Friday afternoon. After you've finished sipping your iced coffee and blown your money on the summer sale, drive a bit further down Reynolda towards the west end and reward your exertion with a gelato from Cafe Gelato.

I'm not sure what it was before but you can tell it definitely was something else since there is a weird open room with a fireplace in that kind of segregates a few things from the rest of the store. They also always run a blow out sale every year that you have to go to, I've gotten things for at least 50% off. Their sales associates are always very nice and will help you pair your outfits if you would like. Their clothes are very good quality. I usually do online shopping because it's way more convenient for my crazy busy life, but every once in awhile I have to go into the store and this one is the closest for me and the one I usually go into. I have to say it can be hit or miss. Half the time I go in I don't receive any attention because I'm younger and I can only assume that they think I don't have the money to spend there like other women may have. Whatever the case maybe sometimes I'm generously helped and other times I'm literally left to fend for myself. But always make sure you check out their sale rack, they'll sometimes have stuff there that's not showing up online (i.e - that jacket you really wanted last spring that you didn't jump on or blouses that you can't get in your size online they have your size in the store).

First off no one greeted me and then all I heard was the employees discussing what college they were going to. Which is fine, but it would have been great to get a hello first. They did notice I was carrying around a bit and offered to start a dressing room for me. My biggest issue was that the store was only open for two weeks and they had barely any smalls left in a lot of the styles. I went back a week later and still the same problem. This might just be something were they need to see what people are buying so they know what to order and right now don't have the ordering quite right. But, it is really disappointing to like multiple things and have there be no smalls in sight. Even with all that I will be back for sure. They have some nice pieces (when they have your size) at pretty affordable price points. I would put it on par with like Francesca's Collection. If you like shopping at Francesca's definitely give Ivy & Leo a try. They are a chain out of Charlotte with stores in NC and SC, it is nice to keep it semi-local!

I'm not sure what's going on with this location, but the overall condition of the store today was really unacceptable. The cashiers were very friendly, which was the one positive part of my experience. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location for a while. I would avoid this place if you hate chaos.
