Seriously?! I can not believe this place hasn't been reviewed yet!!!! Ok so BE Shoes is fantastic!…read more Let me preface this by saying that my love for shoes has been compared to Imelda Marcos', if only I had that much room in my sliding door closet here in good 'ole Winston. I love shoes, and BE Shoes always has something for me with excellent customer service to boot! The customer service is awesome here, Dawn Poole is the manager and she is very knowledgable about how each brand of shoe should fit, and she and will make sure you leave happy. I went to Fleet Feet because I knew they did personalized fittings and I wanted shoes that would…read moreprovide the proper fit and support for my feet and gait. I had shopped with Fleet Feet about 10 years ago but they have since upgraded and updated their location and technology. It sounds like it's best to make an appointment, which I did not do, but happily Lucas was available to work with me right away. First we discussed what I was looking for in a shoe and brands/styles that had worked for me in the past. Then I removed my socks and shoes and stood on something resembling a scale but which actually made a 3-D scan of my feet. I then walked across a black mat on the floor several times, which analyzed my gait and whether I had any "hot spots." After these scans Lucas showed me an analysis of the shape of my foot and gait on a tablet. He then used this information and my sock preference (thin, thick or mid) to select try-on socks and a pair of shoes to try on. He used my feedback from the shoes to select other pairs of shoes. He also selected a pair of inserts to address my feet's needs and I tried on the shoes one with the insert and one without, so I could feel the difference. I tried on four pairs of shoes. The first three all felt good but in comparison the last pair just did not feel right and was quickly eliminated. I knew which pair I liked best so I put that on one foot then tried on each of the remaining two to narrow down to my top two, which I decided to purchase. Lucas brought out all colors of both styles so I could select my favorites. I really appreciated his knowledge and patience and am confident I have purchased the best styles of shoes for the health of my feet and body. Recommend!

Communication for email notification was standard from order confirmation, to shipment notification with tracking number and order fulfillment for delivery. No comment for customer service as I did not need to utilized. I have a predilection for tulle, chiffon mesh fabric and embroidery incorporated in my clothing when shopping. Such fabrics as tulle, chiffon mesh are a very hard find. Hip Chics Boutique appeared in my Google extensive search, but I could not possibly travel to North Carolina for shopping and was glad to order online for one measly targeted coveted item. Pink Tulle Sleeve Top, medium $24.49 This top hits all my aspirations that I seek for color, tulle, and style for design that heed my hope. It is a hot pink color, but I highly prefer a subtle pink color. It is not very revealing, but flattering for the very girly girl within me. I do wish Hip Chics Boutique has more size options as this medium felt large. This medium size was not fitted as it was very loose and wide. It is a comfortable wear. Oddly, the tulle mesh fabric was not itching my skin as I can puff it outward away from my skin. I have sensitive skin. I prefer cotton fabric. This woman's top is 96% polyester and 4% spandex. I now have a new hot pink top added to be wardrobe. Price is reasonable for good value. One week later this same women's top is now sold out and Hip Chics Boutique's website states "404 Page Not Found. The page you were looking for does not exist." This is the only clothing item that piqued my interest for Hip Chics Boutique.
