This review is based entirely for an online order placed August 21, 2025 and product delivered August 26, 2025 in a timely manner. Communication for email notification was standard from order confirmation, to shipment notification with tracking number and order fulfillment for delivery. No comment for customer service as I did not need to utilized. I have a predilection for tulle, chiffon mesh fabric and embroidery incorporated in my clothing when shopping. Such fabrics as tulle, chiffon mesh are a very hard find. Hip Chics Boutique appeared in my Google extensive search, but I could not possibly travel to North Carolina for shopping and was glad to order online for one measly targeted coveted item. Pink Tulle Sleeve Top, medium $24.49 This top hits all my aspirations that I seek for color, tulle, and style for design that heed my hope. It is a hot pink color, but I highly prefer a subtle pink color. It is not very revealing, but flattering for the very girly girl within me. I do wish Hip Chics Boutique has more size options as this medium felt large. This medium size was not fitted as it was very loose and wide. It is a comfortable wear. Oddly, the tulle mesh fabric was not itching my skin as I can puff it outward away from my skin. I have sensitive skin. I prefer cotton fabric. This woman's top is 96% polyester and 4% spandex. I now have a new hot pink top added to be wardrobe. Price is reasonable for good value. One week later this same women's top is now sold out and Hip Chics Boutique's website states "404 Page Not Found. The page you were looking for does not exist." This is the only clothing item that piqued my interest for Hip Chics Boutique. read more

I know I'm a valued customer because they're always willing to help me with finding items that match up well, checking for sizes in the back, truly going above and beyond. Places like this gem are few and far between these days. I went to the store with my BFF on Saturday. The door hadn't closed behind us when an employee came to my friend and said she heard a beep and was asking to check her purse, even though she said "I know you didn't take anything. I just don't want you to walk around beeping. Sometimes outlet bags will trigger the sensor." My friend passed her purse in front of the sensor. No beep. None! Who attacks a customer barely in the door and accuses them of stealing? You people have some nerve to say you're faith based! Needless to say we didn't buy anything and we'll never go back. I don't know where to start. The staff is super friendly, greeting me by name. They are always helpful but never pushy. There are clothes for any size, age or style, with accessories to complement. I find the prices to be extremely fair for the quality, and it's the combination of these qualities that keeps me coming back on the regular. read more

Over the past six months, my wife, Lisa, has been shopping for clothing at Hip Chics . It seems that every Saturday morning we drive "all the way" to Clemmons, (about ten minutes from our house) to see what my wife can't live without. Preparing for Mother's Day, I asked my wife what she'd like me to give her as a gift. Within a nanosecond, she spouted shopping at Hip Chics. We trekked out to Clemmons and were greeted by the nicest people in retail. LuAnn, Robin, Fran, Lisa, and the rest of the staff always treat us like their best friends. They are all impeccably dressed in the clothing they are selling and have great recommendations for Lisa. Yesterday, I bought her six items that are beautiful and very reasonably priced. Lisa gets compliments from young women as well as those closer to her age. My friends give me a hard time because their wives are now shopping at Hip Chics. The good news is our wives look spectacular, the bad news is, well, nothing. My daughter was looking for an outfit.....so I told her let's go to Hip Chicks. We walked in, walked around the store and NOT ONE PERSON spoke to us. I am a regular visitor at Hip Chicks and have bought many things from there. I visit Hip chicks at least once every 2 weeks sometimes even more than that.Every time I get amazing service and one time even had the owner style me. Today I came into Hip Chicks to return 2 things that I had bought 2 days prior but I had lost my receipt and was told I could still return the things for credit. I had the same cashier as I did two days prior and she had remembered me but ended up giving me a lot of attitude about me losing my receipt and told me that "Next time you better bring your receipt" and gave me a lot of sass about not bringing the receipt. Abhorrent and disgusting. I went here the other day to help my African-American friend pick out something for his old lady. We were followed around the store and I heard one teenager working whispering slurs under her breath. I could not believe in the year of our lord 2021 young professionals would have such viewpoints.
