From the very beginning, Kendall was upfront, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Before I even brought the vehicle in, he took the time to explain in detail what might be going on and what the potential repair process would look like. He also quoted me a very fair market price for the work. When the rebuild was completed, Kendall walked me through everything that was done. He upgraded the internals from aluminum components to stronger steel parts and even showed me all the broken pieces when I picked it up. That level of transparency and professionalism is rare. They told me they don't use OEM parts, rather they use high quality aftermarket parts. I had them do the front brakes on my moms car and although they did warn me that the aftermarket rotors/pads might make some noise, I did not expect it to squeal and screech as much as they do at low speeds. Lesson learned, stick to OEM parts.

They replaced my intake manifold gasket, BUT a P0200 engine code appeared afterward. I went back the next day and explained the issue. They told me they had left an injector unplugged and instructed me to clear the code, saying it would reset. The code was P0200, so I followed their instructions and cleared it. The code went away. The next day, I drove the car and it suddenly started shaking while sitting at red lights -- something it had never done in the five years I've owned this car. I checked the engine codes again, and P0200 had returned. I went back again and explained what I had experienced. They then told me that, in order to address the P0200 issue, they would first have to start by checking for vacuum leaks. This is where I became frustrated. P0200 is an injector circuit malfunction code, so I didn't understand why I was being told that I needed to start with vacuum leaks in order to address that specific code. I had already paid $500 for the initial service, and now I was dealing with a new engine code and a new shaking issue that the car had never had in the five years I've owned it. After declining any further service, I picked up my car from the shop. I then noticed a scratch along with a missing piece of rubber trim on my front bumper. I had not noticed either issue before bringing my car to the shop. The shop claimed they did not hit anything with the car, but they are also ordering me a replacement rubber piece. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience. As a first-time customer, I came in expecting to have my original issue addressed, paid $500 for the service, and left with a new engine code, a new shaking issue, and damage/missing trim that I had not noticed before bringing the car in. Based on my experience, I won't be returning. I would recommend that anyone considering this shop be aware of what happened to me and carefully inspect their vehicle before leaving the shop. Requested service was getting wheel bearings and ball joints replaced…read more Stopped in with a set of spare suspension knuckles that I have been in the process of replacing the wheel bearings and ball joints. I brought them, detached from the car, along with the all the parts replacement parts supplied and had requested for the old bearings and ball joints to be pressed out and the new ones pressed in. That's exactly what I got and I have overall been pleased. It seems from the pricing was $25 each press - meaning to have and bearing or ball joint pressed out, and then have the new pressed in. Without knowing better, I'd have to say that is a fair price and other shops tend to charge the same amount for the same process. The only downside was that I had the incorrect pair or ball joints, so I only got these pressed out.
