From the moment we reached out, their responsiveness and professionalism were exceptional. Mike, along with his crew Tyler and Louie, arrived promptly and immediately put us at ease. They were not only highly knowledgeable and efficient, but also incredibly respectful, caring, and detail-oriented. They took the time to clearly explain the issue, walked us through the solution, and handled everything with confidence and expertise. It's rare to find a team that combines professionalism, skill, and genuine customer care at this level. You can truly tell they take pride in their work and value their clients. I have already highly recommended Flood Brothers Plumbing to my neighbors, family, friends, fellow homeowners, landlords, and my network of realtors, as well as on Facebook, Instagram, and the Nextdoor app. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and top-quality plumbing company--especially in an emergency--this is the team to call. I knew what the core problem was and that the drain was physically blocked some distance from the sink itself, and I realized that I couldn't fix it myself. So after checking Yelp and finding the stellar reviews I just called Victor at 11.04 in the morning, and he picked up himself :). We chatted and he asked me to text our exact address (which I did) and he texted back that he had a couple of jobs near us but that he thought he could be with by 7pm. It got to about 8.30pm so I texted and he called back and said he could be with us in 15 minutes if it wasn't too late or he would come first thing in the morning. I said please come now and he did. It was Victor himself, a real gentleman who REALLY knows his stuff! 45 minutes later the sink was flowing again like magic. He cleaned everything up and took care to wear shoe covers and gloves. It was also awesome to chit chat with him about Beverly Hills and the celebs all around us over the years - including a BIG name that used to live in our building in the 70's (news to him). So it was fun as well as great service. EXCELLENT - thank you Victor!!

My kitchen sink was backed up with all sorts of gunk that no human beings have ever seen. Obviously the 1st person I called was Steve. 11 am next day Steve snaked the line, replace my corroded sink flange and baffle. I also asked him to check and clean my outdoor drainage line since my dogs often use it as their bathroom; he honestly let me know it didn't need servicing, no upselling at all. The price was incredibly fair and probably lower than most. During the installation of the flange, the one I bought was too short for my deep sink setup. Steve drove 28 miles round trip, on a Friday's traffic in LA, to a specialty plumbing supply store to source the exact part needed to finish the job perfectly; no additional charges. To top it all off, he left my under sink cabinet cleaner and neater than it was before starting.
