Why not give them a shot? I saw one I liked online and went over to the warehouse to check it out. The place is huge and hot. Up the ramp and immediately to the right is the clearance area so I strolled in to see what they had. Most of it were damaged furniture marked down but still good enough to use. Unfortunately they didn't have anything I wanted. So I made a beeline to the dining room furniture and saw the set I wanted. A friendly salesman came by and asked if I've been helped. I told him no but I knew exactly what I wanted. I showed him the table and we went to the front to checkout. Him stated that the floor model was the last one they had and would I have a problem with that. No assembly? Shoot, easy for me. He told me the guys would disassemble it if they need to get it inside. Cool beans. He told me it would be a few hours before they could deliver it, so go run my errands (I guess I looked like I had stuff to do?) and they would call me. I thanked them and I did run my errands. A few hours later the delivery guys did call me and told me they were on their way. They arrived when they said they would, carried my dining room set up the stairs and in my apartment. If you're in a pinch for furniture, you should definitely check these guys out.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The bingo event was executed flawlessly, I was so amazed it was their first time hosting an event like that! The prizes were all gorgeous plants I would have picked out myself, and when two guests called bingo at the same time the staff graciously produced another plant of the same variety for the second winner. I missed the name of the woman calling numbers, but she was a great host and kept us laughing the whole time. After a competitive hour and a half of bingo, we were invited to shop the nursery at a 10% discount and ask any plant related questions we had. Matt, Mia, and Paul were all eager to share their knowledge, and I'll be back another day to meet Bailey, who was cited as knowledgeable about natives.

Kim was the salesperson who helped us; we aren't quite sure which items we wanted (there was so many beautiful pieces) but Kim was patient and moved furniture around the store to show us options in our price range. Her patience was amazing as my wife and I had different opinions. Kim helped us find what my wife and I both agreed on. Items were delivered on time. We noticed a slight defect on one of the chairs; Without questions, Kim quickly arranged a replacement. I am a demanding customer and Kim and Florida Backyard exceeded our expectations. I've now had three deliveries so far, all for this one table that is currently still sitting in pieces on my back lanai for well over five months. They have since discontinued the table-top, and sent out two additional sets of base legs that do not fit either, and are now trying to send out a third set. At this point, I do not want the table, legs, and 8 dining chairs that I have already purchased from Ebel. They have not given me a feasible solution either. To have a dining set worth over 8k on my back lanai and not being in use for five months, is really disheartening and frustrating after spending this amount of money. And I suggest you spend your money elsewhere if it takes over five months, several emails, multiple freight trucks, and still have an unresolved table sitting in pieces in your back lanai. Jim Bingham and his team continue to impress me! We've been coming here for three years now. I…read moreremain impressed with the variety, quality, and price of the herbs, flowers, trees, and shrubs that are available for purchase here. They also sell a limited variety of fresh vegetables (tomatoes are usually available), honey, and BBQ sauce. Service is friendly and top notch. Most often, we chat with Jim or Angela and give them an idea of what we want. They happily show us what they have that fits, and quote us a fair price. If we buy a bunch of plants, they'll send someone out to help load our car. When we buy larger trees, they have a guy that delivers for a reasonable price. They get pretty busy with customers, but if you catch them at a slow moment, Jim is often good for sharing a story or two. The plants they stock do change from time to time, so you can find a variety just by stopping by every week or two. If you see something you like, definitely buy as much as you think you'll need, because when you come back tomorrow to pick up "just a few more", they'll probably have been cleaned out by other customers, and you'll have to wait for a new shipment. They're not open all year long, though. They're usually closed during the hottest and coldest parts of the year here in Jax, when you're probably not going to be planting much anyway.
