I called this business multiple times and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I drove all the way there for them to tell me there is nothing they can do. I have to file a warranty and see if it's something that they will cover. This is completely unacceptable as they should offer to fix or replace the washer if it has major problems within the first 30 days. I will never purchase another appliance from this company. Edit to add after the owners comment: I have not had this washer several weeks. It's actually been 2 weeks. It took time for the grease to come out under the front of the washer. I also have been trying to call for 3 days. So I had this washer for 11 days before trying to report it to you, and 14 days before I was able to drive over there and bring the issue to your attention. Grease coming from underneath the washer means something major is wrong like the seal or the transmission. I can't even keep using it because it would burn up at any second. There is A LOT OF GREASE as your employee saw in the pictures that I showed him.

After reading the reviews, I called and schedule an appt because we all know Murphy's law and that if I waited it would officially stop working at night or on a weekend. Allen came out, listened to what the fridge was doing and immediately knew it was the "cold switch". He said he would have to order the part and it would be in within two days. Not a problem as it was still technically running. The next day Greg called to let me know the part was in and set up a time slot for that day. Allen came back and made the repair. He was such a nice gentleman, professional and friendly. Listened to the trouble shooting I had done and didn't doubt me because I was a woman. As for value, there is an $80 service call charge, however it's deducted from the cost of the repair. That's good value in my opinion.
