We called him on a Saturday and he was at our location within 45 minutes, and within a couple of hours he had the job done. Will definitely recommend him for anyone needing a mobile locksmith for automotive keys. My daughter accidentally locked the only key to her E46 BMW convertible in the trunk of the car. Roadside assistance got us into the car, but the security feature disabled the trunk release and we were unable to retrieve the key. I cannot fathom all the 5 star reviews here. Called on a Friday afternoon, made plans to have Javier come out at 9. We got the car ready and moved it out of the garage. After 9, he texted to say he couldn't make it until 2 and we said OK. Then he texted again and said it would be after 4 PM and we said that was OK. At 5, my husband texted him to see if he was still coming. No answer. The next day, we tried contacting him again, but never got a response. This was over a week ago. NOT COOL to make us wait all day on a Saturday and never show up nor even get back to us! If it was a job he couldn't do, he should have just let us know. After not showing up TWICE for scheduled appointments AND not calling, to re-key and change the locks on my home, the son showed up on the THIRD appointment and shoddily re-keyed the 10 locks on my home. I had to go back through and tighten up all the screws myself and my front door lock isn't installed flush with the surrounding hardware and is wiggly. Horrible service AND shoddy work:(( read more

Thank goodness for Express Mobile Locksmith. I lost my keys at the beach the night before and had to leave my car overnight. The next morning, after literally raking the beach, I had no other choice but to call a locksmith. I figured it was less expensive than having my car towed. I had spent another 30 minutes on the phone dealing with 2 other locksmith's but didn't end up going with them because they didn't seem trustworthy and gave me way too many options. I thought what I needed was pretty simple. Luckily I got a recommendation from Joe Joe's lock and key to call Javier for a car key locksmith. Javier was very helpful. He was no non-sense over the phone and said he could do the job in less than 30 min. It only took him 40 minutes to get to me and made me a new key quickly. Javier is the best!! Could only get the key for my 2004 Honda Odyssey into the ignition switch about 1/2 way. (Evidently a common problem for older Odysseys!). So I managed to lose the key to my rental car after an accident and panicked! I called Enterprise and they would've charged to tow the car plus the cost of the new key. I called several people on Yelp to try to find help but couldn't find anyone until one person gave me the name Javier as someone who could get it done. To be honest I was nervous because so many people told me they wouldn't be able to reset the key fob thingy so I was hoping he could get it done.
