I would give 10 stars if I could!…read more I used AAA Insta-Move this past weekend. They were efficient, honest and didn't try to give me the run around. I couldn't have been happier with the service! Moving is such a stress and you feel like you are throwing money away no matter what - so it was nice to work with honest, hardworking guys! They outline everything in advance in detail so there are no hidden charges. They start charging when they arrive at your house and end when they leave your new place. They take credit card on site which makes it quick and easy.

Moved this week from a 3rd FL apt to a 1st floor house. I have been in FL 10 years and have moved…read more6 times and only used a mover 1 time and that was because he was my friend's uncle but since then the moving co. has gone out of business. So, since this was a pretty hefty move for me and I have a hectic schedule, I went with a moving company. Only did a little research as I had to choose quickly and Orlando Yelpers have not done many moving company reviews... Yet! A huge plus was it was a holiday and there was no additional charge. There was a flat rate for the first 2 hours which included the truck, gas etc. Then it was ~$71 each additional hour. They started at 8:15am and were complete by 12:30pm. They were extremely nice and personable, it was really a great delight to work with them. They took direction great and didn't take any breaks and think about how flippin' hot it is in FL. They took care of all the items with care and everything was delivered unharmed =) They really made the move so much less stressful than moves really are. While they were moving I was cleaning so it saved me SO MUCH time! I really recommend this company from the experience I have had. They are certified of course which is essential as well. One note : They did smoke outside while moving some things and I was a little worried about that since I am completely against smoking but I was so worried about getting things done so I didn't even say anything. I am sure they would have avoided it if I had said something but I wish they were a little more aware of their surroundings as they were handling my persona items.

As a kid, I was always particularly good at the preschool clean up game. With every ring I hooped…read morearound my toddler arm, I sung along to the clean up song. Once the chest was filled with planes, trains, dolls and the mean kid's shoes, I'd relish in all the tidy fun. These days aren't too different from pre-k. I can be found helping Yelp CM's picking up party plates, half-eaten cupcakes, beer bottles, wet napkins and all sorts of otherworldly remains from good times had. This past weekend, Orlando happened to experience monsoon-like conditions during the largest outdoor Yelp event and with the buckets of rain came trash bins over-flooding with composted debris. That's right, soggy half-eaten cupcakes, mushy ground beef, soaked tortillas, sponge-like popcorn and then some. Needless to say, trash duty was the last thing I wanted to deal with. So, I scoured the web for some brave soul to redeem the Yelp team from such a gross chore. I found Paul, owner of 1-888-CleanUp, and he sent his team right over. They pulled up along the street with heavy duty trucks and proceeded to haul our foul remains into the bed of their massive rig. Within 20 minutes, the whole street was tidied up and our paws were salvaged. 5 stars for coming through within a moment's notice and keeping the streets clean!

Greetings Mr. Karas,…read more This email is in reference to the work crew of three that just finished the tree removal job at my house at the above subject address. The reason I chose your company over others is because of your more than reasonable prices, and you got a crew out the same day I called. This is the first and only email I've ever sent to comment on a business work crew. However, I feel that this is information you should know. Your crew arrived with all their equipment very shortly after my call to you. I watched them from a safe distance not expecting to be so absolutely impressed. Their every move worked in sync with one another with very deliberate cautious steps throughout the entire procedure. They piece by piece carved away chunks of the enormous tree as smooth as clockwork. If you've never watched this crew of three work together, it's amazing. This morning I looked at that tree hating it for the damage it was causing my deck roof, the deck itself, also, my fence and yard. Now, as I look at that area, all there is to look at is smoothed over land! I'm amazed that your three man crew accomplished so much in just a couple hours which should have been expected to take at least a couple days. Your company, and specifically the three man work crew that removed that tree performed a miracle for me which I will be eternally grateful to you and them. Your company, and those three men are the tops in excellence! Please thank them again for me. Forever grateful, Laurel Caperton

Charles and Joe with AAA Insta-Move have been nothing short of amazing for us during our move…read more They are incredibly responsive, and great communicators (I called often!). They took care of our needs in a timely manner and Joe called each time when he was on his way with our 3 COWS (Container on wheels, same concept as a POD). We had one COW for about 8 months & two others for a month's time. Being in Fl, we were concerned about the what ifs; what if there were bugs, what if furniture got warped from weather conditions & what if items moved in transport and got damaged. I assure you, that with the exception of one carpenter ant none of those things happened. We were incredibly happy with the service and product. The guys were a pleasure to work with during a very stressful time of moving. They were more than accommodating, even delivering us a COW at 8:30 PM on Memorial Day. We would highly recommend this company to any friend or family member.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! They dropped our piano off the back of the truck and couldn't lift it back…read moreup by themselves. This company - MANAGER CHARLES - dropped my wife's 100 year old heirloom piano off of the back of their truck. When we called to schedule the house move - CHARLES promised that they move pianos all the time. We have a regular piano mover that we typically use - but we were assured there would be no need to hire two sets of movers since we were moving the rest of our furniture too. My wife reiterated on the initial phone call, "this piano is like my 4th child. If you're not confident then please let me know, I'm happy to have our normal guy out." The reply - by CHARLES - was that they do it all the time. They DROPPED OUR PIANO OFF THE BACK OF THE TRUCK! I have video of CHARLES talking over my wife, who was in tears, that we were notified in writing ahead of time that this could happen, and while he couldn't confirm which piano we had - because he WOULDN'T come to the site - and because it is a century old hand crafted piece - he would pay 60 cents per pound for it to be repaired - up to 450lbs. UNBELIEVABLE! I asked him to come to the site to verify the damage - get a quote from my trusted piano repair man - and then I would pay the difference towards the move. More than fair in my opinion as a business owner myself. He replied, "I'm not coming out there. If you don't pay... I'll file suit." NEVER EVER EVER use this company. CHARLES can't be trusted.
