My furniture packed, moved and unpacked was estimated at 2 hours and it came in just under since they worked so well as a team. They padded and wrapped my furniture to keep it safe and clean and everything arrived in good condition as they unpadded and unwrapped it as they placed it where I requested. I did need boxes and Esteban ended up dropping them off to me which was really nice! My move took two days - the first for packing and loading my belongings and the second for moving and unpacking. The three gentlemen who did this for us, Arod, Josh and Gabe were really pleasant and efficient. From the very first message they were punctual, polite, and informative. Like many people we thought we could do all the moving on our own and then it came to the day before we were supposed to be out and everything felt so overwhelming. So in the midst of everything we were also trying to find movers. We greatly underestimated just how challenging of a move this was going to be a black swan genuinely saved us. Not just that, they were genuinely some of the kindest people I have ever met. Even though moving can be an extremely stressful experience, if we had hired them from the beginning it would've gone so much more smoothly. Even though we don't want to move again, it's likely to happen sooner rather than later and we will definitely be booking black Swan again.
