While I didn't ask them to review my property taxes, they completed a MN property tax return that earned me a refund on my property taxes. This was an unexpected surprise that I welcomed. I followed their protocol for filling out time sheets and was paid appropriately. I received a bonus after 500 hours worked and would have received more benefits after 1000 hours worked if the assignment had not offered me a full-time position. I worked a total of two assignments with this agency and would highly recommend them. They were flexible and willing to understand if you turn down an assignment. Important note: Be flexible! Great value for the clarity and peace of mind!…read more I'll be honest -- I wasn't sure about hiring a bookkeeper. I've always tried to handle things myself and figured I was "close enough." Turns out I wasn't. After talking with Nicholas at Ledger Loop, I had him review and clean up my QuickBooks, reconcile everything properly, and prepare updated financial statements. He showed me where my numbers actually stood and fixed things I didn't even realize were off. I ended up getting several services from them including QuickBooks cleanup, account reconciliation, financial statements on a monthly basis. No sales pressure, no making me feel dumb -- just straight, honest help. For what I paid, the clarity and stress relief alone made it worth it. Glad I made the call.
