The contractor benefits are the same provided to actual Insight Global employees and the pay is very competitive. Being out of the process of having to look for jobs I wasn't sure how they worked. I spoke with Leslie who was incredibly helpful and insightful explaining the process. She scheduled an interview for me and I had an appointment within a few days. I met with Barb who is exceptional at follow through. Such a pleasure to deal with and nice to talk to. I have been entertaining the idea of switching careers and jobs and was given a little nudge when Chase from SNI contacted me with a potential opportunity. From the beginning, Chase was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
