He did not solve my problems for me, rather he assisted and guided me down a path of dealing with these problems myself. This is exactly what a counselor should do, in my opinion. The sense of trust, that was present from the very first encounter, was due to Mr. Voelker's professionalism, his great personality, and sheer fact that he wants his clients to succeed. I do not recommend this life coach. I found "Me only better coaching A.K.A. Minneapolis Life Coach"…read moreon Google, read the webpage and talked to her on the phone. I would find out that all this vetting wasn't enough. To cut to the chase - what ruined it all was her lack of clear communication and taking my time for granted. She required payment upfront (before the session), which is fine, except I could not find the paypal link she says she sent to me. She sent no email to alert me that the session was canceled, so I showed up and waited for her for 30 minutes! I called, left messages, and emailed - but I didn't hear back until days later. Her emails read as short tempered. She spent no time trying to correct the problem (she didn't "re-send" her paypal link). And showed little interest in scheduling with me. To give her a second chance I tried rescheduling for the next week, but when I told her that I'm working with other coaches she demanded that I choose one and to let her know if it was her. No thanks lady, thats not how you talk to clients. To summarize my experience: Minneapolis Life Coach - wasted my time - didn't communicate clearly - made unnecessary demands of me If I meet other life-coaches that act like this I will give up on the whole idea of life coaching.

I did a ton of research when l started looking for a personal trainer and interviewed several trainers in person. While they were all great in their own right, Lenora stood out among the rest. She has a solid education backing her training up and truly approaches it in a holistic way, which was exactly what I was looking for. So far she has helped me greatly! We are working through some postural issues I have and she is really great during every session making sure we are doing the right exercises to help strengthen and balance my body and changing something if it isn't working. Lenora really knows her stuff. She also helps me out nutritionally and is very educated in this as well. She makes workouts fun, but also kicks your a$$. She is very good at helping you learn to push yourself and cheering you on the whole way. She finds out what really motivates you and utilizes that in your sessions. She's firm, yet gentle and nurturing at the same time. Basically, she is amazing. She is changing my body, mind and spirit....my whole life! I will be continuing to work with her for a while. She is also guiding me through training for a 1/2 marathon. I have never been a runner, but with her help, I am becoming one...at age 34! I have also lost weight, toned up, gained confidence, etc. I HIGHLY recommend Lenora of Holistic Personal Training. You will not be sorry!
