I followed their protocol for filling out time sheets and was paid appropriately. I received a bonus after 500 hours worked and would have received more benefits after 1000 hours worked if the assignment had not offered me a full-time position. I worked a total of two assignments with this agency and would highly recommend them. They were flexible and willing to understand if you turn down an assignment. Important note: Be flexible! My long term assignment was offered to me on 14 hours notice based on another temp employee quitting. Six months later, I was offered a full-time benefit earning position!

I applied everywhere I could think of and basically they might as well have laughed me out the door in a lot of those places. Finally after talking it over with some friends I decided to start applying through Temp Agencies. I signed up for the online portal on Dolphin and within an hour of submitting my resume and information they contacted me to come in for an interview. After the interview and testing had been completed Wendy pulled me into her office to go over what I was looking for as far as a career went. When I began going over it all she told me they had the perfect positiion for me already picked out and all I had to do was ace the interview. I did. I was hired on as a full timer through them and have had great success in my endeavors of the job market thanks to them!

The best of the best have been the agencies who have spent time getting to know me, who I trust will represent me well. It's in the best interest of everyone, especially their client. Definitely NOT Best of Minneapolis.

I have been entertaining the idea of switching careers and jobs and was given a little nudge when Chase from SNI contacted me with a potential opportunity. From the beginning, Chase was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He contacted me and explained the opportunity, and then set up a meeting for us to meet in person, even offering to come out and meet me closer to where I lived. I ended up going out to his office which was fine. The Collanade building is beautiful. The staff at SNI wonderful, thorough and friendly. Chase did an excellent job at explaining what the potential job would be, coordinating, communicating and really going above and beyond what people do. I would definitely recommend reaching out to SNI if looking for a new job opportunity. Everyone I dealt with was great.

Per Eric, he didn't close Gray CPA but added a new company Real Estate Accounting Experts. We worked with Gray CPA on our TY 2023 returns. Our contract for our TY 2024 returns was with Real Estate Accounting Experts. For the record, we had the exact same horrible experiences with both. We have several LLCs, family trusts and three personal tax returns. We were referred to him using Dave Ramsay's Preferred Provider Network (who has since dropped them from their referral network). To keep this short, they missed most of the IRS and other taxing authorities deadlines, told us they filled them but when we repeatedly asked for copies, discovered they had not been filled. We provided them with all documentation per their contract by their deadline so there was no excuse on their end. They stopped returning voicemails. They stopped responding to emails. They simply disappeared. We ended up driving to their office in Plymouth MN only to speak with the ONE person left in the office (empty desks/offices everywhere you looked). She said she'd just been given her termination notice and wasn't sure what was going on. He really left us with a mess. I noticed some reviews refer to him and Evolution Accounting? Bottomline, we would never work with Eric Gray again regardless of whatever company name he uses.
