Trash was all over the floor. Blood receptacles are kept out in the open. My technician placed my receptacles on a dirty counter then placed them in a bin with other receptacles that are out in the open (potentially contaminating them twice). She then swiped my arm with an alcohol pad and followed up with a gauze that had been sitting out. I pointed out how unsterile these practices were and she simply said, "Well... we try to keep it clean in here". I bolted before she stuck a needle in me. Just go somewhere else.

There's a group of businesses in between the Safeway and CVS, and the spot to get lab work done is amongst them. The parking lot was a disaster, so I just parked at CVS and easily walked over. I know where it is now, but it wasn't the easiest locating based on the signs, but I found it. There's a kiosk as soon as you walk in -- checking in on there was easy, and then I sat until I was called. The phlebotomist (as I learned they're called) was really nice, professional, and had nice convo as she drew blood. It's one of my least favorite things in the world, and she made it better. To obtain results, it is suggested to download the app, and it was pretty easy. Lab work took 4 business days. I have no idea what it's like at peak times... my hunch is to try and avoid, given the limited space. You do have the option to check in, request a text when it's your turn and exit, but if you're in a hurry... try to come at the off times. If possible, I would recommend moving it further away from the door. If you stand back far enough, the entrance door can hit you.

So instead of having my blood drawn at 9 it was drawn at 1030 since I was then a "walk-in" even though she just kicked me out of my appointment.

This location is on the 2nd floor, right above the IHOP. Free parking I went in and filled out a short questionnaire and waited my turn to be called in. The clipboard will tell you the number of which you will be called. I was #5 by the time I walked in. You specify which type of test you want. I wanted the rapid test. The nurse swabbed me and I was on my way. They send you the results in email, and she said it may take up to the end of the day. I went in the back for my test @ 820 and had my results an hour later. There was also a guy who walked in for testing. He had to fill out the registration form and then wait. By that time, he was the only one in the office. I recommend for all covid testing!!!!!

Granted the staff and doctor are very friendly but that dont cut when you're dealing with healthcare. the first red flag should be no electronic records, i actually had to complete paper work manually. I had my visit she recommended stopping current meds urgent care prescribed and start new ones for 14 days. Returned for follow up, dr "said" things were fine. The next day more symptoms on saturday symptoms returned plus new one. And second flag there is no portal to view results yourself. Returned to urgent care, provider suspects issue wasnt resolved and it wasnt. I saw the results in portal. So now I feel worse than i did 3 weeks ago, and having to locate a new urologist to finally get these issues resolved.
