They handled all of the communications with insurance, which was a huge weight off of my shoulders. Not that I cared since it was going through insurance, but their pricing was very reasonable. The quality of the work is impeccable. I have no idea how, but they matched the exact spray pattern that was on the rest of the panels from the factory. This is far more difficult than achieving a flawless mirror style finish, and the end result is that it looks like the panel is the original one that came on the truck. Panel gaps are good too. They also gave a lifetime warranty on the work, which I don't anticipate ever needing but is nice to have for peace of mind.

Disappointing Workmanship and Lack of Warranty Support…read more My daughter had her vehicle repaired at this facility approximately two years ago, and we have been very disappointed with both the quality of the paintwork and the response when we brought the problem to their attention. The paint on the front bumper has begun peeling off in four separate areas, with strips of paint three inches or longer coming loose. To be clear, I understand that normal driving can result in rock chips, and there were some rock chips on the bumper, hood, and mirrors. However, there is a significant difference between ordinary rock chips and large sections of paint peeling away from a previously repaired surface. When I returned to discuss the issue and ask about their paint warranty, the owner immediately began talking about rock chips before even taking a meaningful look at the areas of concern. Rather than carefully examining the peeling paint and addressing our concerns, the response seemed focused on explaining why the warranty would not apply. I understand that no repair is perfect, but I do expect a business to stand behind its workmanship and take customer concerns seriously. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Based on the quality of the repair and the lack of warranty support, I cannot recommend this facility. I would encourage anyone considering having paintwork done here to ask detailed questions about the warranty and how potential workmanship issues will be handled in the future.

I called this morning to hopefully get in. I'd heard good things about Darryl's. This morning, I was told over the phone all they do is oil changes on RVs. So I went down there to see. I said I didn't need an oil change and big Darrell came out to set me straight and talked shit to me in front of his sons saying don't look at him look at me and again with a raised voice "DON'T LOOK AT HIM LOOK AT ME" and again....(you can unscramble this one for fun: "him look at don't me at look") How'd you do? Pity such a big man talks shit to customers. Easier to say "We had a misunderstanding. Sorry, we don't service RVs except oil changes;" about two weeks ago when the appointment was made.

I do understand when shade-tree mechanics, like myself, bring in a project after phucking it up, can be a real nuisance. I mean, who wants to repair some yahoos dumb mistakes, right? That being said, three weeks to install coil springs and forgetting the goddamn shocks? How do you do that? So the car is back and gonna take a long drive to settle it in and see how it feels. So far so good. I aint a religious man but will probably say a few prayers anyway, just to be sure. Would I recommend them? Well, they are friendly and seem very helpful. I give them the benefit of the doubt on the mechanic skills and if youre a patient man, I would say give em a shot.

After looking around, we saw a few models at Sutherlin that we wanted to test drive and called to make an appointment. We both absolutely hate car shopping and put it off for as long as possible. The day finally came, and we made it to Sutherlin and were greeted at the door by Rob Huppman. He asked all the important questions and took us around to the models we wanted to see. He gave us all the great information and details about each model. We test drove two different models and decided that we liked the Impreza Sport over the Crosstrek. What I loved about Rob is that there was almost zero pressure, even after we all came back inside and started "negotiating." We were able to get the price we wanted for the car and for our trade-in. We dealt with Andy to finalize all the paperwork and finances. All in all, it took around 3 hours from start to finish. We came back the next day with our payment and to pick up our new Subie. We were in and out under 30 minutes. We cannot recommend Sutherlin enough. Everyone we dealt with here was awesome and most importantly, they were 100 percent transparent with us, which is rare these days in the car industry.
