TL;DR - affordable, OEM level quality, dependable, responsive, travels to you My Volvo XC90 windshield got cracked by a pebble on the freeway. My insurance company pressured me to go with an aftermarket provider, Safelite, which is lower quality than OEM. Quote from the dealer for OEM parts and labor was $1800+ before tax George (the owner) came highly recommended from my trusted mechanic, due to George's high quality work. He quoted me much lower for OEM part/labor. However he strongly recommended an aftermarket windshield which was much more affordable. He explained that he doesn't use Safelite, but goes directly to the manufacturer that supplies OEM glass. It's literally the same OEM glass but without the Volvo logo and for a fraction of the price. So that's what I did! George traveled to my home, was accommodating to my schedule, and replaced the windshield in under 2 hours. No complaints. Will use again in the future and recommend to others. read more

George came to the rescue when Safelite took 3 weeks to give me a response regarding my glass and blamed it on the dealership. George was chosen by my insurance and he gave me an answer the same day, and got the job done that same week after my insurance responded and the dealer confirmed that they had my glass in stock. He was on time and got the work done. read more

Paid around $390 to fix a side window. After the technician left, the window did not work because the weather stripping around the window did not fit well. They came today with new weather stripping and charged an additional $200. The window seems to work now. The problem is the cost. I could have had this done for a total of $220, and this cost me $590. The technicians were good, and I'm glad they got the right part. It's just double the cost. read more

Very happy with the service. Quality work and quick response time. We had some issues with the scheduling but they were on top of it. When the installer, Eric, arrived and pulled the window out to install it, he noticed there was a large scratch on the inside of the window. Rather than ignoring it and installing it anyway, he pointed it out and then rescheduled for the next business day. That's the right way to do it! They sent an invoice via email so I could pay it online and then followed up to make sure I was happy after it was complete. Highly recommend. read more

Do NOT waste your time with this unprofessional, irresponsible and no show flake!!! 3 times he rescheduled my appointment and to make it worse, he didn't even bother to call or text to say he wouldn't be making it the first two appointments until I called an hour later he would say he "wouldn't the able to make it." Save yourself some disappointments with this so called window professional installer! Starting to believe he's just a scammer that just makes appointments with now shows! Wish I could give ZERO stars!! read more

I didn't have any work done by them due to their booked schedule that I couldn't afford to wait for. I did speak with George a few times and he was super available, helpful and friendly. I really appreciated his positive attitude. Top notch customer service despite not doing business with them. read more

Auto glass repairer referred by insurance company. Bad job i would say. The glass itself looks very good thanks to the glass company. Not the installer, he broke the trim on top of the glass front windshield, therefore they not sit in probably. The front windshield cover lifted up and wasn't fully covered the windshield causing water to leak in. Do not ever go with this company. I already reported to BBB. read more

My car was broken into, San Fran, no one in the area could repair it within the week. George went out of his way to get the glass and have it repaired within 2 days. Great service and he walked me through the repair process. read more

I was having dinner in Santa Clara a month ago when three cars, including mine, were broken into in the same parking lot. My insurance agent gave me a list of recommended glass repair shops. I selected Express Auto Glass after speaking to George over the phone. Unlike other shops, George gave me a detailed breakdown of what needed to happen before installing replacement glass: request quote for OEM parts, obtain approval from insurance company and order OEM parts. George provided daily updates until the new back glass arrived. He meticulously cleaned up broken glass and installed the back glass, which took hours. I've been driving around with the newly installed back glass for a few months now and it is just as good as the original part. I highly recommend George for his excellent service and workmanship. read more

Got my rear seat window smashed by a car burglars, weekend approaching, I did lot of researches to find the best deal for a good service, and I'm pretty sure I did when I called Express Auto Glass. George was the only one among all that I've called to point me out that the privacy window for my car had to be bought from the dealership for the best result, so he asked my VIN number and took care of all this while keeping the price lower than other competitors (which were planning on giving me a tinted window anyways). The mobile service (directly at my home) took just 1 hour, and happened directly inside my garage (for the most part). Everything was left nice and clean, and I got a thorough explanation of what he was going to do, and things to look at to make sure that anything would go wrong. read more

My driver side window was broken out yesterday and George from Express Auto Glass was able to come early the next day and install a new window at my house. Super chill guy, we had a cool conversation while he worked and it was really interesting seeing the inside of my door. He got almost all the broken glass out of the frame (stupid VW door design makes this very difficult) and he worked really quickly. He even reset the auto open/close for the power window, which I assumed I'd have to go to the dealer for! I was really bummed when I discovered the break-in and George just fixed it like a boss and I didn't even have to go anywhere. Great job, I made him some tea as a thank you. If I ever need car glass in the future I will definitely call this place again. 10/10, would recommend. read more

George (Jorge) is about as thoughtful and expert a person at replacing windshields as a person can be (36 years experience, 18 in his own business). He is also a very congenial person, and fully explained all the different aspects of what he was doing. The regional warehouse actually delivered the wrong windshield for my Toyota Sienna a week ago, but it was not something that George could tell until he removed the cowling around the existing windshield (it has a heating element to prevent wipers from freezing up in snowy/icy weather. He ordered the correct one (which took several days to get it) and just installed it. My thanks to him for about as good a service experience as one could have. read more

George was great and professional. Returned my phone calls, arrived on time, did a good job at a good price. Safelite wanted more than a week and much higher price. I'd definitely use his services again if I need to. read more

Terrible. I called for windshield replacement as suggested by insurance. He said we will order the glass. After 1 week he said he forgot and this time took my vin. After 2 weeks i messaged him no response. After 2 weeks snd 2 days called again and he said i can not do it. So frustrating. I do not recommend this facility. Finally doing through safelite. They are much better. read more

George helped me replace my rear window when it was broken into over the weekend. My insurance was painfully slow but he stuck with it and waited for hours on the phone to get approval. He came to my office for the work and was done in less than 2 hours. I'm very satisfied read more

It's Friday, September 18th, 2015. George just left after replacing my windshield on my 2006 Scion XB. George was prompt and professional. He was very careful not to damage my vehicle. Express Auto Glass George is great. He got us OEM glass like I asked for. It took a few days to get but he communicated with us every step of the way. On the day of the glass replacement, he showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. 2 months after the glass replacement, my wife told me there a few minor problems. I let George know and he came out right away and took care of it. I will definitely use Express Auto Glass again if the need arises. Thanks George. read more

Excellent service ....George is a gem to deal with. For my car, he went out of the way to make sure what is right for me. I used the services to replace the back windshield of my Nissan Rogue. Initially after market glass was installed. Upon discussion with George, he contacted Insurance Agency, approved the cost of original glass and installed the original glass without showing any hesitance or without complaining of overwork. I would highly recommend this service because of high quality of professionalism. read more

I called George Cardoza at Express Auto Glass to replace a broken wing window on my Toyota 4runner. He called back with a quote and set up an appointment time. Since he is a mobile service he came out to my residence and completed the work within the quoted amount despite there being complications that demanded a significant amount of extra time. George is a highly professional worker; I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to use him again. read more

On the phone they are professional, in person was another story. The repair person had a roundabout way of making insults and stating his opinion about my dog and house. He got glue on my front seat, which did not come off and left a heavy chemical smell in my car for over a week, and my rear view mirror continues to fall off since having the windshield replaced. read more

George did a great job on my 1956 Chevy windshield. Came over quickly and stayed late and finished the project with a great attitude.
