He even followed up the next day with specific parking and location instructions that were super helpful. I was in and out in 45 minutes, just like they said I would be. The guys did perfect work and were professional and friendly. There is a basic waiting room, but really you should wander next door to Hi-Fashion Fabrics. That store is freakin' great, and you probably don't go there enough and explore it. It's not just fabric -- it's craft supplies, beautiful buttons for upcycling a vintage coat (which is what I ended up buying), feather boas for like $6 (which you probably need). So, while I hope I never have to go back, I know that if I do end up with cracked auto glass, I'll be back here for sure!
