I had already checked Glass.com and a couple other places, so I had a rough idea. They actually came in lower than what I was seeing, which was nice. I also asked if I could just hang out and work from their lobby while they did the repair, and they said that was fine. When I got there, they gave me the WiFi info and I just worked off my laptop the whole time. It took about 3 hours like they said. The lobby was bigger than I expected and the internet was fast enough to actually get work done, so that helped a lot. Location is solid too, there's food and shops nearby if you don't want to sit the whole time. One thing I thought was interesting, I have a friend who owns a windshield shop in another state, and I sent him pics after. He was pretty surprised at how clean it came out for the price, said it probably comes down to them doing a high volume of jobs. Overall just a smooth experience. No upselling, no weird surprises, and everything lined up with what they told me. I'd go back if I needed to.

After installation, I noticed visible streaks/lines and some imperfections on the glass (see photo). It's especially noticeable in sunlight and doesn't look like a clean professional finish. For the price I paid, I expected better quality. While this place may be good for auto glass services, it doesn't seem to meet the standard for professional window tinting. I would not recommend getting window tint done here. Ken
