NO SHOW, IRRESPONSIBLE. I called Jimmy yesterday, he gave me a quote for a vent glass. We agreed with the price, time and date. Never showed up. I called and texted. No response. I drove to the address shown on yelp, it is a residential house and the house owner said "Jimmy doesn't live here, this house is owned by an Indian." I guess, i am not the only one who drove to the house and look for Jimmy auto glass. She didn't think twice when she told me Jimmy doesn't live there. So this Jimmy is using a fake address for his business. read more

Best price in town!!! He was very responsive and thorough. He called an hour before the appointment time to confirm. I gave him the wrong year and model of my vehicle and he wasn't upset. He came back the next day and still did a great job. He didn't charge me extra even though it wasn't my fault which is a huge plus. But we should all make sure it's the right year and model for everyone's sake. read more

Clean job. Quick response and arrived when promised. Very nice guy. Can't beat his price. Called four other establishments and he easily beat their price. Didn't even have to haggle or negotiate. Lol! read more

Jimmy was great and fast! Highly recommend! Fixed my chipped windshield in 15 minutes.

Highly recommended! I called around and he provided me with the best price. He was very responsive. He worked quickly and efficiently. A++++++++++ you won't be disappointed! Best part: mobile service included! He comes to you. read more

Lowest price in town, jimmy made quick work on replacing my windshield. Good dude. A+

The Good: Alpha Auto was the lowest quote I found for a windshield replacement and they said that they would come out the next morning. The Bad: They never showed! With not even a courtesy call to say "Hey, we're running behind" or "actually we can't make the time slot that we agreed on: will another time today work?" I tried calling them but no answer. Booked an appointment with another company for later today. read more

Excellent same day service! I got a quote and he was able to complete the work on the same day, thank you!

I had called one place and was quoted $260 plus and when I called Jimmy he quoted me $80 cheaper!!!! That was about 20% difference. He arrived on time and was very professional. He cleaned all the glass inside and outside the car. I highly recommend using Alpha Auto Glass. Thanks again!!! read more

There is good and bad in this review. The good part was this company was a very good price, the service itself was good as well. Jimmy was late to the appointment and did not call. I had to call him and he apologized because the prior job took longer than expected..... but he was able to fit me in later in the day. When they got here they replaced the windshield in about 30 minutes. When I noticed a little scratch on the windshield, Jimmy offered to replace it with another windshield or give a discount.... I was good with that. Overall the windshield replacement was good. Now the bad. Jimmy said he was going to email me a receipt for the windshield and explained the lifetime warranty of any leaks that might occur. I have yet to receive the receipt. I have texted Jimmy several times with no response, and have called several times and no answer, plus his mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. So now my concern is if there are any issues with leaks or anything else, this company won't back their warranty as you can't get a hold of anyone. Plus I paid cash for the service and without the receipt there is no proof of warranty or service. I guess they wash their hands of their customers after the initial work is done. Not real happy with their customer service after the service is completed. So for this lack of communication and customer service, after the service....... I would not recommend this company. What should I expect, you get what you pay for, and they were much cheaper than anyone else. read more

Jimmy did an awesome job! Great prices and finished the job quick. I'd recommend him to all my friends and family.

This company was amazing. Jimmy came to the house - he was kind and took care of everything all while my kids asked him a ton of questions! I made many calls and a lot quoted me really high - when I called the company to ask why they explained to me about the quality of glass and how it was safe - he even said if you want to pay more you can with a giggle! No thank you! Best choice. Pick these guys. read more

Jimmy is the man! Very professional and great service. I needed to move my appointment up and he was able to come at the drop of a dime... Several shops were $100 more for the same service, needless to say the best price in town! Definitely recommend Alpha Auto Glass! read more

I am happy to say that I am very satisfied with this company's service. My front passenger window was shattered and needed to be replaced. I called several Elk Grove companies for quotes, and Alpha had the most competitive price and had "same day" service. David did a great job. He was very professional and friendly. He was 10 minutes early for my appointment, which was on-site at my home. The job was done within 30-45 minutes and my window looks brand new! It was a very convenient service since I didn't have to drive my car with no window to a shop to get fixed. read more

They showed up early. Explained what needed to be done. Finished within 30 minutes. Their customer service was fantastic! Nice job fellas

I called 4 autoglass places for quotes. And by far, this place had the best price. Jimmy came to my home and replaced the windshields for both my Honda Pilot and Toyota Camry. It was quick and he did a really great job. I totally recommend his services and the windshield looks perfect, it looks just like the original. Thanks again and have a great day. read more

I called to get a quote and they are by far the best price in town! They came the very next day and replaced my windshield at my workplace. They are very friendly and professional and it only took 30mins! Great service, great price, quick and professional! read more

Best prices in town!!!! excellent and friendly service, they even come to you. I highly recommend these guys.

Jimmy's the man! I called him yesterday and he was here first thing this morning. His price was super reasonable and he does clean, quality work. If you need your auto glass replaced...it's a no brainer..call Jimmy. read more

Great job at a great price. What more could you want? This is the second time I've had a windshield replaced by Alpha. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Actually you don't "go" anywhere, as they come to your location. Arrived on time (actually a bit early) and did a fast, clean job. My windshield had cracks but not in the viewing area, so it was still legal. But..... windshields get bombarded with rocks and sand, and in a few years they get harder to see through, and without replacement they just continue to get worse. It's better to do a replacement sooner rather than later. read more

Awesome price and great service . Less than 45 minutes start to finish . David was on time professional and courteous .

Got my rear drivers side window fixed today by Jimmy. Got it done in 30 minutes and vacuumed all the glass up which helped a bunch. Was about 30 minutes late, but got it done fast so wasn't too big of a deal. I'd definitely recommend them, only cost me 120$ when safelite wanted close to 300$. Well worth it read more

Just like everyone here.... did research to find the right company to get quotes to replace a window for my vehicle. It was a Saturday but I wanted to get my window replaced asap. I only knew of Safelite and checked their availability and price. They didn't have any availability until Tuesday. After calling other companies and leaving emails/messages for quotes, Alpha Auto Glass was the first to respond and quoted me nearly 50% less than Safelite and offered to come to my residence in the afternoon. Awesome. They had great Yelp reviews so immediately arranged it. They had an availability for an earlier appointment so I took that. They came on time, replaced the glass, cleaned up the shattered glass in the vehicle. I looked it over, everything was good. I wasn't keeping track of time but they were very efficient and had great service. Very pleased with the work done and gave them a little extra. Highly recommend for Elk Grove area. read more

Where the do I begin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I read the reviews for this place and was so grateful that they could squeeze me in on a Saturday. It was even better when they called and told me they would come sooner than expected. Just when the guy comes and removes the glass he then realized he got the wrong size! He admitted it was his fault for not double checking. I was just super bummed that during the process he cracked the glass even some more and that his boss told him just to make sure to add lots of glue. Mind you this was our only car so being limited on driving with plans we had for the weekend was super frustrating. My biggest concern was it being a hazard period‼ had something happened I definitely would've sued! I understand people make mistakes but the whole reason for this review is HOW DISGUSTED I AM WHEN I CALLED THIS MORNING TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER! I told him what happened on Saturday and all he could say was, ' umm ok what do you want me to do? Give you a discount or something? Or you can go somewhere else' excuse me!? Wayyyy to do business you a**hole. I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Lack of basic customer service on the owner himself!!! I told him that I'll be up and ready since I moved my plans around at 9:00 (time that I was told) and he said, ' well it might be late. Since he has to go to the warehouse and traffic and stuff' eff your excuses! When you make an appointment you make sure you give yourself enough time to get where you need to be. I just can't believe how wack this whole experience was! Ughhh never again with them! read more

Great experience. Jimmy came to my house and replaced my windshield quickly. He was nice and professional. He beat two other prices I was given considerably. read more

When returned from a bike ride with my children and saw my window was busted out, I was not looking forward to the hassle of getting it replaced. It was the weekend, and of the shops I called only Alpha called me back. And they were great! They came to my home and repaired my window, and vacuumed up the glass I hadn't had time to get. Pricing was reasonable (or at least I think it was, since no one else called me back!). Thanks Alpha!! read more

Jimmy did a great job on my car, took time out of his busy schedule to get me on the same day! Very fast and great pricing. Thank you Jimmy!
