Service was initially ok for windshield replacement. I provided the exact model and year number and they provided a quote and did the replacement. However after the job was finished, we noticed that they didn't use the correct glass as our heads up display did not work properly and was distorted. They recognized the mistake and agreed to fix. Multiple times we've agreed for them to come replace the windshield and they have no showed. Its frustrating to take time off from work for an agreed appointment and then they don't come through. We've tried many times over the last 2 months to get this fixed and they are no longer answering our calls. Would highly not recommend working with this business as they ordered the wrong glass and did not honor their agreements to fix the error. read more

I booked a windshield replacement a week in advance and 40 minutes before he was supposed to arrive for the repair, Jimmy tells me the glass won't be in till tomorrow. This would've been much more useful information even just a day or two ago instead of my wasting my one day off work to wait for a no show. Communication or lack thereof can make or break a business because it shows intent. You either intend to give reliable, quality service or you don't. There's no grey area. Yes they were quick, and reasonably priced, but they cracked my window side panel when they put it back together incorrectly, and tried to say it was cracked already. The window side panel is on the outside of the panel instead of under it now and cracked and it leaks I've called several times and tried to get them to fix it and it's just not happening so just beware read more

Absolutely the worst experience possible. I took off work on Tuesday to get my windshield repaired. Hours before arrival they said the windshield came broken and they would repair it Wednesday at 2 instead. I took Wednesday off work, they were a complete no show. When I got ahold of them I was told "oh I don't know what happened to my guy, I'll give you 30 dollars off". I should have said no but safelight had everything booked out. THIRD DAY I TOOK OFF WORK MISSING OUT ON PAY USING VACATION TIME. He said he was coming at 11:30-1. I called him at one. He said he would be there from 2:45-3. I called at three. He then said 4. I was referred to Jimmy by another business that I have done business with for the last 12 years. I had concerns at the time of my windshield being installed and was assured by Jimmy that the molding would be fine and no gaps after 3 days, remove the tape and it would be fine. Well after three days, it wasn't fine. I sent Jimmy all the photos and considerable gaps. He assured me that he would fix it (all this thru text message, even went to say he ordered new trim pieces and said it will be fixed) it's been over a month since I have had my windshield replaced and no more messages from Jimmy, multiple text messages to him to give him a chance to fix his work, no response ever again from Jimmy. The bad: Jimmy cut my the wire that connects my GPS antenna to my car receiver while he was replacing my windshield. He hid the wire conveniently so that I would not notice it when I checked out the job he did. Later in the day I noticed the wire had been moved and contacted him but no response. I took the side pillar cover off and found the wires to be completely cut! I contacted him again and no response. The good: Jimmy seemed like a nice guy. He charges a fair price and did the job in a reasonable time frame. He seemed to have done a good job replacing my windshield. He says there is a warranty on any leaks or stress cracks; but with my current experience I'm not sure he will honor it. One star for actually showing up. Late, never even called or texted to say he was running late. I texted him and he said he was running late. 30-45 minutes late on appointment. I was out of town so my brother was home. Even though the agreed upon price was $155, he charged an extra $10. I don't know why my brother paid him the money even when I already said it'd only be $155. I called him back on the phone once my brother told me how much it was. "Jimmy" or whoever his name is agreed to bring me the $10 he overcharged stating he usually charges 165 not 155. Bullsh**. 4 hours later still no refund.
