He was able to get a replacement piece and walked us through the whole process before installing. He was friendly overall and showed me all the parts he carried in his van. The only reason why this review isn't 5 stars is that being in the construction industry myself, $250 for replacing a Ptrap assembly isn't "1/2 Price"; in fact slightly more than what another Plumber quoted.

Shortly before the plumbers arrived, Amy called me to let me know they were on their way & gave me their names. They arrived within the timeframe I was given. Our toilets stopped flushing properly the night before. (Thank God this didn't happen on a Friday night.). I told the plumbers what was going on and they quickly assessed that there was a problem with the main line. They were able to snake it from the cleanout line outside and didn't have to get up on the roof. After they were done, they asked me to flush the toilets to make sure they were fine and asked me again to flush them to make sure nothing came back up. The whole process only took around 30 min. I would recommend J&J if you are in the need of a plumber!
