I contacted Allstate cooling 7 days ago. It seemed to go well. And they sent someone the next day. The guy came out and looked around and said he was not sure what's going on and thought it was the "tmx" something, but he was not sure that he needed to talk to a co-worker. After 30 min he came back to say the co-worker was not answering and he would go to the office to talk to him. After that I have tried to reach out multiple time but they GHOSTED me... A/c went out Sat night - talked with Allstate Cooling Sun - scheduled to come out Mon afternoon - called mid afternoon to say may have to be Tues but when I protested as I was having a dental procedure Tues and didn't want to have to deal with a hot house, he relented and tech came Mon afternoon When tech saw no number registering on thermostat, he took it off wall and asked if I could get him fresh batteries, installed them, clipped thermostat back on wall, and voila: a/c on! He checked coils were clean, pipe was not clogged and changed the filters. Job done - charged me his standard fee of $125 and was gone! read more

Diego and his team are great. My condenser broke over the week end. My usual AC guy doesn't work week ends so I set out on Yelp to find someone that could assist on a Sunday. Yelp sent the inquiry to various companies. Diego from All Sate was the most courteous and direct with pricing and availability. Showed up on time and explained everything in detail. He provided a good quote for the new condenser unit as well as a replacement: we opted for a new one. Installation was again on time, efficient, clean and the crew was courteous.
