The owner was quite busy running around, serving people, grabbing drinks from the bar, taking orders, cleaning tables & bringing out food. It would have been nice if he had a waitress to cover the customers who were seated instead of him trying to do everything. He would make us fish & chips with halibut even though it was not on the menu. The order included soup or salad so my husband got the house salad with dressing & I got the bacon potatoe soup. Both were a good size portion and I really enjoyed my soup! The orders came with 2 large crispy & very hot portions of halibut and fries. We probably could have shared an order but we didn't know how big they were. Excellent dinner and fixed our cravings for this. Was so hungry I slathered the tartar sauce on & was digging in so fast... so tasty & almost forgot to take photos. I will come back next time so try their Greek food...

I ordered on Uber Eats and it was packaged well. They also offer market items for delivery like pita, frozen entrees, condiments, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to order here again.

I was overall impressed! We came once for dinner, then again for lunch. We tried many dishes but overall the beautiful salads & great cuts of meat for their steak mains stood out to us! BEE STING PIZZA (4/5) - hit the spot after a whole day's activities. It was a warm mid-thin wood-oven crust pizza with delicious cheese & salami. Wish I got more of the hot honey taste and I felt the dough was JUST cooked enough (almost underdone) SUPER SALAD (4.5/5) - beautifully plated and loved all the ingredients, definitely consider adding protein to make it more filling 8OZ NY STRIP LOIN (4.5/5) - they did a classic steak main dish right. Great cut of meat, cooked medium rare, awesome sides. EMPANADAS (3/5) - overall pretty dry but the creamy sauce that came with it gave it a bit more spunk JAPANESE TROUT CAESAR SALAD (4.5/5) - loved the large portion of fish & so many fun Asian-inspired flavours & salad toppings Lamb main dish with potato pavé & cauliflower with added Lobster tail (4/5, seasonal dish) - loved all the textures, steep price for this though Bread pudding with ice cream (3/5, seasonal dish)- I'm always a sucker for a warm dessert served with cold ice cream on top. This bread pudding was lacklustre in flavour and was overall dense...pairing it with the caramelly sauce & ice cream was its saving grace.

But the food was a bit of a let down. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out over cooked. It wasn't burnt or anything but it was closer to well done than medium rare. My wife ordered the grilled octopus. It had a weird consistency throughout. The edges did have some nice charring to it though. I wanted to avoid going to a chain restaurant but you're better off going to one of the chains and skipping this place.

You have to call ahead for reservations, it appears the locals love this place and its easy to understand why, if you're from the area the hostess seems to know everyone on a first name basis and they all get along (staff and patrons) quite well. With our greeting however, not so much. As soon as we arrived, before even stating our name the hostess told us we were late for our reservation, when in fact we were ten minutes early. When we were finally seated, it was next to a giant spider web. We'd asked to switch seats but were told they were fully booked (understood to not switch seats, but a giant spider web should be removed from the seating area). At each table, without asking they place a giant bottle of water (will get back to that later) so we poured 2 glasses for ourselves. Facebook photos showed an expensive surf n turf dish which was served on a black platter, we pointed this out to the waitress and asked if we could be served this dish exactly like the photo (on the platter), was told yes but we received the dish on a white plate. Not that big of a deal if it were say a burger or sandwich, but as this dish alone was over $50 it was a disappointment. Both the chicken and lobster were overcooked, and when we got the bill we realized the water bottle was $5.

We were greeted at the front by the hostess and seated by our waiter. The patio set up was stunning and since it was snowing outside the fireplace warmed up the space. We came in at about 4pm which was on the tail end of lunch but beginning of dinner, so we were able to order from the dinner menu. We ordered the prime rib sandwich with lobster bisque soup, Caesar salad and miso glazed bone marrow. We were very disappointed when the bone marrow came out, we had thought it would be hot and easily spreadable but we were sadly mistaken. It was topped with a shrimp ceviche, caviar and micro greens. I felt the dish was two separate items smashed into one - the bone marrow was cold and chunky, tasting like you were eating chunks of fat mixed with the shrimp. We were interested in the Caesar salad because the waiter mentioned it was popular dish - but when this all came out, it looked & tasted like a regular salad. The prime rib sandwich wasn't anything spectacular and the lobster bisque tasted watered down. We finished off our meal with a London fog cream brulee which was delicious and a pistachio cheesecake. Overall we weren't fans of the food but we fell in love with the stunning decor & atmosphere.
