They pulled out all of the stops to help us find our dream house - trolling "coming soon" listings, adding some items that we didn't know we needed, and advocating for us. Once we found our dream home, they forged a relationship with the seller's agent, and helped smooth bumps that probably would have been deal-breakers in anyone else's hands. In selling our home, again, they listened to the stories we told them about what had been successful in the past in selling houses in our neighborhood.
