We toured several properties, and when my favorite home went off the market, I was disappointed. It was--and thanks to her initiative and persistence, she arranged a private showing, and I was able to make it mine! Jill negotiated a price that I could afford, and she was truly my biggest supporter and cheerleader throughout the entire journey. I'm so grateful she remembered the home that checked all my boxes and made my dream home a reality. I'm now happily settled in my new home, and I owe it all to Jill. She made the home-buying experience not only easy but genuinely enjoyable--I can't recommend her highly enough! Thanks Jill, You made my dream of home ownership a reality, and I am so greatful!

We were referred to Bobby Kelly through a friend and when he came over we were sold on his sales pitch but after over 40 plus showings in over two months, he only shown our property once and coincidentally right after we expressed a little frustration. When we did get positive feedback, we would be the one to reach out to them asking what the status, what the potential buyer wanted, what can we do, etc. We are very unsatisfied with this agency because of the lack of communication on their part and lack of interest to sell our home. I give them two stars because their photographer took amazing pictures of our house but I assume any other agency can do that. If you're not in a hurry to sell your home and want amazing pictures posted online then this is the agency for you. If you are on a timeline to sell your home, want helpful advice, someone who IS interested in selling, great communication...then this agency is not the best choice.

We were moving to Boulder County from out of state, had a very specific set of criteria, and due to Covid were looking for our new home from afar. Angela was able to quickly get up to speed on our requirements, understand our aesthetic preferences, and never wasted a minute of our time. When we found the right home, she helped us negotiate, she made the process seamless (including FaceTime tours of the home), and we didn't ever feel like we were in the dark. If you want great communication, availability, solid negotiation, and a quick study, Angela is your agent.

We reached out to Angela in early January 2022 to discuss selling our Boulder home of 20+ years…read more She was extremely helpful in describing what the ensuing process would look like, and began providing expert advice on how we could maximize the sale. This advice included highly insightful information about the current (and changing) Boulder real estate market; potential best timing for listing the property in light of market conditions as well as historical seasonal supply and demand considerations; viewing comps and visiting similar properties to assist in setting a reasonable asking price; and touring our property with us and ultimately providing a list of suggested improvements that could be made to improve salability and maximize price (the list also included prioritization and discussion of cost-benefit of each improvement). Angela recommended her husband's company, Mendly, to oversee and manage the improvements that included major updates to the kitchen, fixing all kinds of little (and not so little!) problems that had been neglected over the years, and fresh coats of paint throughout the house. Mendly (and Ben Moss) deserve their own superlative review, but suffice it to say here, if Mendly is available to do needed work for you, don't even think twice about it! They are awesome. Angela also recommended a professional stager to help prepare the home for showing. Although we were somewhat dubious, we trusted her advice, and were so glad we did. The stager used a mix of our furnishings and furnishings they brought in to turn our home into something we wished we had done years before--it looked and felt so comfortable and inviting. Once everything was ready to show, Angela brought in a professional photographer, and worked with the expert 8Z team to prepare the marketing brochure and listing documents. In sum, Angela worked with us on developing a thoughtful strategy for approaching the sale of our home, and then executed that strategy exquisitely. In our case, we opened the home for viewings on a Thursday, and Angela accepted offers by 5pm that Sunday. We received a number of bids--all over the asking price--after which Angela then expertly navigated the negotiation process to get us to a final, accepted offer followed by the closing. There is absolutely no doubt that we would have been as successful were it not for all of the expert (and patient!) guidance from Angela. If you need a broker to help you buy or sell a property, I highly recommend Angela Moss and 8Z Real Estate. Shaun McGrath, Former Boulder Mayor and City Council Member
