Jeff attended to every detail with calm poise. He was a skilled advocate, a master educator, and guardian over the process. He insisted on meeting, came to the townhouse and put a sticker of himself on the front door. The sticker damaged the paint on the door. I was shocked as were other agents that came to see the place. Really? What kind of novice would do something like that? I really should have made a police report but think his karma will catch up with him quicker than the police department. Very unprofessional conduct. I know it is a tough real estate market, but I don't think agents should be marking territory to get business. I am only giving one star since it is not possible to give no stars.

We have transacted well over 20 pieces of RE over the years with some really good Realtors in Oregon, and the Verleger Team was probably the Best we've ever worked with! Their team approach left no stone unturned and no detail overlooked throughout the process. In a time of little RE transactions, they were able to find the perfect fit to our very specific needs. Once the property was identified, they helped orchestrate a very strategic purchase plan that allowed us to secure a very desirable property, in a competitive market place, without going into a bidding war and driving the price above market value. As a matter of fact, we had a very unique situation, but with their guidance we were able to secure the property and have it in contract in less than 5 hours of it being on the market. It takes deep market knowledge and years of learned skills to execute at that level. I truly don't believe we would have had the success that we did without the Verleger Group.
