Ms. Jimo indicated she'd be back in 1 hour to pick up the application. She did not return that day at all. She never called, never texted, so we waited. My husband contacted the agency and they dispatched a message to her. We did not hear from her until the NEXT day via a text message. She wanted to come by at noon to pick up the paperwork. I replied that we decided to decline the services. Her response,"Okay thank you." No apology for standing us up the day before nor did she ask when it would convenient for US to come back. Completely unprofessional.

Progress varied, sometimes slow and sometimes good. Thru the process, Linda was always on top of things. Only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the camps are only from 9a-3p and I have to pay extra to be able to have them there from 8a-4p (and even that requires that my husband and I split drop-off and pick-up to accommodate our 8-hour work days). I appreciate that the camps are fun and educational, and I also appreciate that the attendees are diverse. The camps are pricier than others in the area, but they also have a small student-to-staff ratio of 6:1 that I prefer. (I find that larger ratios mean that well-intentioned adults don't always know what all the kids are saying/doing and my little ones pick up habits that I don't like). I also echo the challenge with the camp hours: 8am-4pm (with an extra daily cost for this extended care rather than 9am-3pm standard hours) is tricky for working parents. Even though the hours aren't ideal, we'll be sending our kids here again.

He just started 6th grade this year and that transition alone on top of online school and his ADHD is tough.
