Beware to not optimize service options in their online system, which is accessible to those who makes an account on the website to book services. The owner will blame you for customizing services for your needs which she calls "improperly booking services online", despite expensive itemized options are available for the lower cleaning service. We scheduled their "floor to ceiling" and 3 ladies showed up to clean our 1800 square foot house…read more The ladies were super friendly and did a nice job. Here is why I can't say the house was cleaned to my expectations: Each cleaner worked in her own area but as far as I could tell no one did a run-through at the end to make sure nothing was forgotten. Most of the cabinet faces were washed but not all. The front of the kitchen peninsula was neglected and that is a biggie as it faces the living areas. The window seals and ledges were still dusty. I went around and cleaned what they missed and wasn't even too sad about that. At this point I would've gladly given them 4 stars and maybe even 5. The part that was dumbfounding to us was they didn't clean the freezer section of the fridge. It's a combo fridge andin my other houses I've never had a deep cleaner *not* wipe down the freezer part. When I realized the freezer had been forgotten, I called to let them know and the response came back as texts. She told me we asked for the fridge to be cleaned but didn't mention the freezer. I could pick up the slack on the other things that got overlooked but due to a medical challenge I cannot clean a freezer. At the end she offered (again, via text) to send someone back (for an undisclosed price) but it's been 4 days and I've still heard nothing back. More than anything I'm disappointed because we paid a considerable amount of money and it seems no one from White Lilac cared enough to tie up loose ends. Again, I feel like the ladies did a fine job; the problem is with the way the service is run. Someone should walk through the property at the end to ensure no one forgot anything. And maybe next time someone asks to have their fridge cleaned, you can get the customer to specify about the freezer so you don't run into this problem again. By the way, just to make sure we weren't up in the night, I happened to be in a meeting the next day and all 14 ppl agreed that in their minds, cleaning a fridge that's a combo means cleaning the freezer too. I would recommend this service but with the caveats that the customer needs to be very specific about what they want cleaned and someone needs to be there to make sure everything was cleaned.

This thing was packed to the gills with heavy, crazy shaped, items and an extremely heavy recliner couch sectional. It was all done in less than an hour and a half. There was hardly any directing. At the beginning we told them when you see such and such that goes in the garage, all the boxes are labeled, and there's one item of furniture that goes in a specific room. We had to say no more. There was no repeated "where does this go?" Or "what about this one?" questions. All of our things were handled with care and they even removed thier shoes on our uncovered carpet areas (it was raining outside). If you're moving or need maintenance things done, call them. You won't be disappointed. They are personable and professional, but most of all extremely efficient and pay attention to detail. Most definitely doing business with them again.

The booking process online was useless, the phone coordinator who I believe was the guy in charge the day of the move didn't lead me to believe that my day was properly booked and when they showed up the actual muscle in the move was late. The guys who did the bulk of the moving were good. They handled our stuff with care for the most part or so it seemed. And they took care to not damage the rental house we were moving out of. I tried booking them for three hours to ensure things were done right and that I wouldn't be needed to do anything but oversee what they were doing. We didn't have many big things to move. But one of the things we did have was a king size storage bed that upon unloading the truck was absolutely wrecked. Multiple chunks missing from the drawers. They stacked the frame of the bed exposing the rails the drawers go in and stacked boxes it. We haven't opened up many boxes yet but needless to say I'm pretty worried at what I'm going to find. The guys who unloaded the truck made the comment that they will never see me again so why would they care. And that's exactly how it feels. I paid them for the job they did, as crappy as it was and they will never have to see me again so who cares. Needless to say I would advise NEVER using this company for moving services until someone takes the reigns of the business who actually cares about the job on the departure and arrival side and the happiness of the customer.
