Signi and her team thoroughly cleaned every part of our home - places we frankly never think to clean. We have been using another highly rated cleaning service for the past year who did a solid job, but Forget Me Not Cleaning did a significantly more thorough job - to the point I honestly don't think a stranger would even know we have a dog. Our dog was less pleased and immediately started shedding her fur everywhere to make the house smell like dog again - which is why we asked Forget Me Not Cleaning to become our regular cleaner. Whether you need a home-showing, move-out, mother-in-law-visit, or spring-cleaning I highly recommend Signi's team at Anchorage Forget Me Not Cleaning.

We scheduled their "floor to ceiling" and 3 ladies showed up to clean our 1800 square foot house…read more The ladies were super friendly and did a nice job. Here is why I can't say the house was cleaned to my expectations: Each cleaner worked in her own area but as far as I could tell no one did a run-through at the end to make sure nothing was forgotten. Most of the cabinet faces were washed but not all. The front of the kitchen peninsula was neglected and that is a biggie as it faces the living areas. The window seals and ledges were still dusty. I went around and cleaned what they missed and wasn't even too sad about that. At this point I would've gladly given them 4 stars and maybe even 5. The part that was dumbfounding to us was they didn't clean the freezer section of the fridge. It's a combo fridge andin my other houses I've never had a deep cleaner *not* wipe down the freezer part. When I realized the freezer had been forgotten, I called to let them know and the response came back as texts. She told me we asked for the fridge to be cleaned but didn't mention the freezer. I could pick up the slack on the other things that got overlooked but due to a medical challenge I cannot clean a freezer. At the end she offered (again, via text) to send someone back (for an undisclosed price) but it's been 4 days and I've still heard nothing back. More than anything I'm disappointed because we paid a considerable amount of money and it seems no one from White Lilac cared enough to tie up loose ends. Again, I feel like the ladies did a fine job; the problem is with the way the service is run. Someone should walk through the property at the end to ensure no one forgot anything. And maybe next time someone asks to have their fridge cleaned, you can get the customer to specify about the freezer so you don't run into this problem again. By the way, just to make sure we weren't up in the night, I happened to be in a meeting the next day and all 14 ppl agreed that in their minds, cleaning a fridge that's a combo means cleaning the freezer too. I would recommend this service but with the caveats that the customer needs to be very specific about what they want cleaned and someone needs to be there to make sure everything was cleaned.

She wasn't afraid to tell us what she thought wouldn't work and why she also did a fantastic job telling us what colors and styles should go together and why. She helped us make our focal points pop. She also went above and beyond by finding out what color our walls would be to make sure that everything matched and went together. Turns out the color we had on our walls would've made this look very strange. So it was awesome of her to go the extra step and say hey this is something you should change. she was able to provide samples of most of the things we had got so we could see how it would look all together. trust me when I say I hate shopping. And this has been a lot of decision making for our new home. The fact that we were here for multiple hours and I didn't feel like we were shopping just shows how great she is keeping the conversation good and distracting while still pulling out the information needed to make our home perfect. she even informed us about the next steps and told us some tips on selecting lights that would go well with what we had just picked out. She was unlike anyone else. The fact that she gave us ideas for lights that would work well in our home and reminded us of things to do and not do we are truly grateful for. she wanted to design our home with us in mind not just sell us product. She was able to work within our budget and help us save money where we could and spend money where we needed to. She told us the difference between products the times that they would last and when we would possibly have to replace. I truly hope I don't have to fix replace or change anything anytime soon. But I know if we do I know exactly who were going to see. Thank you again so much once our home is complete we can't wait to invite you over so you can help see what you created.
