Jeff was working on a paint job at the house I was renting. Jeff mentioned his company also does deep cleaning and since he was so professional and accommodating, I hired him. His employees did a great job with the deep cleaning and I was able to get back all of my security deposit. The cost for deep cleaning was pricier compared to another company I had initially hired. When I called to schedule an appointment, he did not answer professionally and was kind of rude, I should've took that as a red flag. However, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I paid for four hours of cleaning with the Groupon and my house appeared untouched. He specifically asked me for a list of priority items (weird, but okay). I listed my refrigerator, my bathrooms and my floors needed to be vacuumed. The refrigerator was not cleaned. The floors were not vacuumed. The baseboards were not wiped down and the bathrooms were still - well, gross. When I reached out via text to ask what he did do, he said he swept, mopped, cleaned windows, and vacuumed (4 hours??? and that's all he did??) I showed him pictures to prove that he didn't complete the job, specifically not vacuuming when he claimed he had. His response was that I should've purchased more time. Very dishonest, not willing to make things right, Highly do NOT recommend. Please do not waste your money.
