This thing was packed to the gills with heavy, crazy shaped, items and an extremely heavy recliner couch sectional. It was all done in less than an hour and a half. There was hardly any directing. At the beginning we told them when you see such and such that goes in the garage, all the boxes are labeled, and there's one item of furniture that goes in a specific room. We had to say no more. There was no repeated "where does this go?" Or "what about this one?" questions. All of our things were handled with care and they even removed thier shoes on our uncovered carpet areas (it was raining outside). If you're moving or need maintenance things done, call them. You won't be disappointed. They are personable and professional, but most of all extremely efficient and pay attention to detail. Most definitely doing business with them again.

The booking process online was useless, the phone coordinator who I believe was the guy in charge the day of the move didn't lead me to believe that my day was properly booked and when they showed up the actual muscle in the move was late. The guys who did the bulk of the moving were good. They handled our stuff with care for the most part or so it seemed. And they took care to not damage the rental house we were moving out of. I tried booking them for three hours to ensure things were done right and that I wouldn't be needed to do anything but oversee what they were doing. We didn't have many big things to move. But one of the things we did have was a king size storage bed that upon unloading the truck was absolutely wrecked. Multiple chunks missing from the drawers. They stacked the frame of the bed exposing the rails the drawers go in and stacked boxes it. We haven't opened up many boxes yet but needless to say I'm pretty worried at what I'm going to find. The guys who unloaded the truck made the comment that they will never see me again so why would they care. And that's exactly how it feels. I paid them for the job they did, as crappy as it was and they will never have to see me again so who cares. Needless to say I would advise NEVER using this company for moving services until someone takes the reigns of the business who actually cares about the job on the departure and arrival side and the happiness of the customer.

We signed up for weekly services and used them for 2 months, at no point during the two months did they do a complete job. They did not do a number of things as agreed upon in the contract. These were not things that should be out of ordinary cleaning services, they were things like taking out the trash and vacuuming. They stained our carpet and the last time they had a crew in our office they left the building worse than it was when they came in, spilled sticky stuff in the lobby, did not take any trash out or vacuum, did not clean the bathrooms or kitchens. It was a mess! Every time we tried to get a hold of the supervisor to let them know of the issues we were seeing it would take days for them to get back to us if he got back to us at all. Then when trying to cancel services with them was a terrible experience. After a month of arguing with them about having to pay for the services they did not supply they finally agreed to just charge us for one month and waive the 30 day notice fee. Then they sent me 2 bills totaling more than a thousand dollars. One for February and one for the 30 day notice they said we would not need to pay. There is so much more I could add to this but the best advise I can give is stay away from this business!
