WOW! Even through a comment the owner is still trying to blame shift and make excuses…read more She is even lying in her comment. 1. We never said that if we had to pay upfront that we would use another company. 2. They were not in contact with us the whole time. Hours would go by and we would call them with no response until much later. Can you believe she asked me to remove my review? This just goes to show you why Yelp is such a great forum for customers!

After receiving a quote of $175.00 "MAX" (per Spencer) via text message plus an additional $25.00…read moreif I wanted 2 rooms of carpet's shampooed, I scheduled an appointment for Big Dipper to come to my home on Sunday March 10, 2014 to do a move out clean. The appointment time was 11 am. The cleaners (Nakeen - Owner) and Sienna, arrived 35 minutes late. Upon their arrival, we did a walk through of my home where both cleaners stated the clean wouldn't take long at all as my property was pretty clean already. When we got to the kitchen, I informed Nakeen that I was still transitioning items from my fridge/freezer to my motorhome. She said she would remove and clean then replace all items, but it would raise the price to $250.00. I decided to just remove everything from both the fridge and freezer prior to their start of cleaning. Per Spencer through text message, the clean was to take approximately but not more than 4 hours. After 6 hours of cleaning, Nakeen called my cell to inform me that the price of the clean would be $300.00 due to the size of the kitchen. I immediately called Spencer due to the already agreed price. He tried stating that they charge hourly and that the price he gave me via text did not apply due to the length of time the girls had been cleaning. Upon multiple entries of my home to check why it was taking so long, Nakeen was on her phone every time (clue as to what was taking so long). Sienna was always busy cleaning when I entered my house. After a mid point inspection of the progress, I informed both cleaners that the guest bedroom blinds were not clean as was the master bedroom light fixture. There was also spots on the master bedroom baseboards that had been left untouched. After multiple calls and conversations with Nakeen and Spencer, it seemed as if the price was continuing to go up even though I had a max price already given by Spencer. When I brought this point up to Spencer, he tried to tell me that we had a verbal agreement that we would be charged hourly due to their website stating this. I again reiterated that I had a text message that showed $175.00 max, Spencer then said he didn't give a $%*& and that the price would be $300.00. Spencer told me the girls would be leaving my home at 7pm because that's when they would be finished. At 6:53 pm, I entered my property to inspect the progress. What I found was: Guest bedroom blinds dirty (still) Master bedroom baseboard dirty (still) Living room blinds dirty Kitchen floor not mopped Living room window casings dirty Living room carpet not shampooed Master bath tub not rinsed out Top of cabinets not cleaned Cigarette butts left on my back patio (Totally disgusting and unacceptable) At this point, I made the girls leave my home and I completed the clean myself. In less than 2 hours, I completed all the untouched items, plus shampooed both carpeted rooms and stairs. For 7.5 hours, not much was accomplished. I refused to pay $300, but agreed on the original price of $175.00 plus $25 for carpets, even though only one room was completed. Also, the cleaners did not have a working vacuum and had to use my motorhome vacuum.

I'd hired this company before. It cost three times as much as it did for the same service Outside,…read morebut a man and his son did a good job. They cleaned all of my windows inside and out, cleaned the screens, and cleaned the window sills inside and out. No screens were damaged. I asked them to come back to do my gutters. They said they would, but I never heard from them again. Still, when a Groupon came up, I thought it was a safe bet for a quality job. It wasn't. When the crew called to ask if they could move their appointment up by two-plus hours, it was unprofessional for their number to reflect a stranger's name instead of the company's. They called a second time because they were running behind schedule after-all. No problem for me as I planned the afternoon around their job. However, they had the wrong time on their schedule despite the company sending me an appointment verification. Not a big deal, but I noticed the unprofessional discrepancy. Two young men arrived. The older one in charge was friendly, but as he handed me a blank form to fill out, he informed me I did not have 15 or so windows but 33. There was nothing in the Groupon ad to indicate that a single pane was a window by itself, no matter how large or small. The cost to fulfill the Groupon as described was going to cost almost $60.00 more than the $70.00 I'd already paid, almost doubling the price. They said something about 15 outdoor windows and offered to do just the outside windows and all the screens for the Groupon and leave it at that. I accepted the offer. Because I was confused and felt pressured to make a snap decision, it didn't occur to me until afterward that they said there were fewer outdoor windows than they'd said windows in total. If there were 33 windows to do both inside and out, then there are 33 windows of which to do only the outsides! Like I said, though, I was surprised and felt pressured to make a decision so I wasn't keeping up. The Groupon was for up to 25 windows inside and out and 180 minutes, so they believe 25 windows can take as long as 180 minutes. They were gone in 45 minutes or less. Upon inspection, I discovered a haphazard job. They didn't do my glass front door, my other glass screen doors and left filthy screens on them, and they didn't touch the block glass windows. In fact, there were quite a number of windows they didn't bother to clean. None of the screens on any windows were thoroughly cleaned. If there is dirt all along the bottoms of the screens, they weren't removed and really cleaned because water alone would have washed away dirt I can wipe off with my finger! All the screens were still dirty from a little to a lot and none that I checked as soon as they left even felt damp. It was obvious some them hadn't been touched along with the windows behind them. One high window was left with an icky film over it so now looking out the window is thickly hazy when it wasn't before they "cleaned" it! I will have to climb up there to wash it off when I shouldn't be on tall ladders. One screen requiring a ladder to reach it isn't back in place all the way so one strong wind will take it out. I have to climb up there to push it in, yet the reason I hired window washers at all is because climbing tall ladders is not safe for me anymore. All of the outside window sills are still filthy. If screens were removed, then those outside sills should have been cleaned as the glass was cleaned. Instead, the dirt is still there with added muddy streaks on the white vinyl from their squeegee splashes. I was understanding and cooperative about the scheduling confusion and the surprise "details" regarding how they assessed the number of windows. Despite already moving all of my furniture out of their way, preparing for easy access to all inside windows, I compromised and accepted their offer. In return I received shoddy service. Perhaps the Groupon deal was not good for them, but as a customer who accepted their Groupon offer, I deserved high-quality service. If they wanted me as a return, full-priced customer, they should have made that effort regardless of the cost to them. That's just good business. Further, I told them I'd been a full-price customer before so it was a no-brainer to do a quality job as there was a good chance I would be again. Yet they still did a rushed, shoddy job. I won't hire this company again.
