She always responded quickly to my questions from afar and the car is now riding like a charm. highly recommend giving them your business!

I strongly advise you against dealing with this service center. The people working here are…read moreabsolute liars; their sole objective is to scam you out of your money. They tell you that the initial inspection will be inexpensive--you sign a contract with them for $1,600--and then, right after that, they double the quoted price for the actual repairs. Naturally, you refuse to pay the inflated amount, but you still end up losing the initial $1,600--unless, of course, you agree to pay them the $10,000 they are demanding. Do not come here; do not visit this place. The owner of this service center and the manager are complete frauds. At first, they speak to you very sweetly and politely, but later they hang up on you and refuse to answer your calls. That is how they run their "business."And, of course, I am going to court to demand a refund of my money and compensation for the time I wasted and the damages I suffered. I spent an entire week trying to obtain the same documents over and over again because they provided neither accurate paperwork nor any spare parts. They are thieves--absolutely terrible service. Do not go there.

They changed the ignition coils and spark plugs, even though I had a tune up a few months earlier and the check engine light did not indicate any issues with the engine coils . One week later I decided to drive at a higher speed on the freeway. The car went into limp mode again I called Prestige Auto on the way home and they said everything that they did WS under warranty so bring it in so they could take a look at it again. I wasn't comfortable spending any more money because the 700 dollars was wasted money since they incorrectly diagnosed the problem The second shop diagnose a MultiAir Variable Timing Actuate. I felt like they threw everything at it in hopes the problem would be fixed. I honestly can't recommend them to anyone. I am nearly 70 years old with limited income and I gave over 700 hundred dollars to them for absolutely nothing. As an elderly person, nearly 70 years old I have to save money to get the needed repairs. Diagnosis incorrect and resultant repairs were unnecessary.

I am only giving one star because there is no option for 0…read more I brought my vehicle in on March 1 for overheating and coolant-related issues, and Max (the owner) told me it would be ready in 10 days. Instead, I didn't get my vehicle back until April 15.. 45 days later. Throughout that time, I was never proactively updated. I constantly had to call or text for updates, where I was given another excuse, or promised pickup date that would come and go. On multiple occasions, my messages were left on read. After I finally got my car back, I had it for only a few weeks before the same problem happened again. I was told to tow it back, and Max again said it would be ready "tomorrow," which it wasn't. After he "fixed" it the second time, two days later my coolant was completely empty again. When I contacted Max, he said "I don't know what's wrong with it." He refused to pay for a tow or rental and instead told me to slowly drive the vehicle to AutoZone with the windows down, buy coolant, refill it, and drive from Miami to Oakland Park. This is extremely unsafe and unacceptable advice for a vehicle that was overheating and losing coolant. Because the problem still wasn't fixed, I got a second opinion. On June 26, another dealership determined that the issue was still related to the engine. Since the engine was under warranty, I was forced to bring it back to Max. I asked Max if he would supply a rental and he responded with "Are you going to help us with labor since we're doing 26 hours of free labor?" The same cycle of delays and broken promises continued. I finally got my vehicle back on August 28 -- 64 days after dropping it off on June 26. This entire ordeal has cost me over $3,000 in rental fees alone, not including towing costs or the countless times I was left on the side of the road dealing with an overheating vehicle. I would not recommend this shop. The owner will tell you "I take care of you" but it's not true. He was dishonest and seemed to have no problem breaking promises and taking money. His own mechanics even told me he's unorganized, doesn't write anything down, and overcommits which is why things take WAY longer than he promises. This experience has cost me an unreasonable amount of time, money, and stress. Please go somewhere else.

I found this shop via a facebook ad -- and read the reviews on Yelp which were mostly 4-5 stars. I…read morebrought in my SUV for a possible throttle body problem that another shop couldn't repair. (Vehicle wouldn't drive over 10mph due to its' engine design) I also chose them because they offered free towing. I explained my problem on the phone and they said they'd do a diagnosis of their own. So had them come pick up my SUV. It took them a few days to figure it out, and they eventually they discovered it was the transmission not being able to go into 4th gear and confirmed that it was not my throttle body. Now, I needed my transmission rebuilt!! Since they had me up on the rack already and the car wouldn't drive, I didn't want to be without a vehicle for emergency reasons, so I agreed to their repair quote. (Seemingly way over priced @$99/hr labor charges). That took about a week to fix, and to their credit they even discovered that in the process of fixing it another transmission problem happened while they were repairing it and fixed that under their warranty. Much appreciated. While they had the vehicle I inquired about fixing a clicking noise from behind my dash dealing with the air flow actuators. They said they could fix it. They figured out what was wrong and got me a price -- a few hundred, but not bad considering, so I approved the additional costs. Here's how they lost 4 stars and any future business. When I came to pickup my SUV -- I noticed that the dash was damaged and had a long crack in it and a piece was chipped off. This was obviously from their attempts to diagnose and fix the air flow issue. The dash had clear signs of recent damage due to being forced or something stressing the plastic such as pressure from trying to pry off the trim, leaning or dropping something on it. When I asked them about it (Mike, owner or manager, not sure) - they said that they didn't break it and tried to explain where they actually did the work, which was in the driver's leg area. I assured them that it was not broken when the took possession of the vehicle. They refused to take ANY responsibility!!! When I pushed if they could get a replacement part they refused. Mike said they'll install the part for me for free if I found the part. They wouldn't even consider reimbursing me for the part. WTF sort of Bull Sh*t is that? So, if they accidentally punctured my gas tank would that would be my problem too??? NO! I bet they would fix it on their own and chalk that up to cost of doing business. Subsequently -- when I got home and researched how to remove this trim part - found out that it's a very easy process to remove it. It was obvious that they had NO CLUE on how to remove the trim to access behind the dash, and probably didn't even attempt to look it up online. I also discovered that a 2nd piece of trim was also damaged in attempting to make the quested repair. The worst and most insulting unprofessional part of all this is that they didn't even have the balls to let me know this happened in advance. What did they think - I wouldn't see a crack on my dash that I drive daily?? So Mike -- what do you have to say about this? It will be a cold day in hell before I use them again. I suggest you stay away too.
