I ask for an oil change and did get that but felt guilty a little that they guys there did such an impressive inspection and report with pictures that I was getting out on only an oil change tab. Team Ryan was very courteous, timely and appreciated that we chose them. I will be back for service with my newer but used car going forward. When i got my first car at 18 , 2003 impala , it had so many problems because it was my first car and I was 18 and I really didn't take care of it, but they were always there for me and fixed it and never charged me a crazy price. They can fix everything from sport to classics to teslas to regular cars ( ive seen it in person for anyone who thinks im bs ) . Eventually I gifted it to my 79-year-old Grandma and she hasn't had a problem since . I thought it would be scary considering I had so many problems with it, and shes older so reflexes are a little late ( sorry gma ). Dennis and Aaron fixed it so good shes never had a problem to this day .They work so hard everytime i pass or drop by , and ask me about my life and show me around the shop and when im there i feel more like home than just a mechanic shop on the road. I do enjoy cars and understanding it. I ask 1000 questions and they never seem irritated All because they're customer service is so genuine that im 23 now and still would never go anywhere else. I called, they were very friendly, got out to tow my truck quickly (the driver was exceptionally quick and also very friendly). 4 days for repairs at a bit over $1,000, cool. I pick it up, the brake pedal pressure is significantly different; the brakes don't engage until the pedal is at the floor. I assume the hydraulic pressure hasn't evened out, I drive it low speed for several miles, pumping the brakes. No change. I call again, and am offered a free repair, bring it in ASAP, we'll fix it. Cool, thanks. I know you're booked, and it's pretty easy to let an it bubble slip in. I bring it in, they get to it right away. 30 minutes later, they tell me it's ready, I test the brakes. No change. I let the guy know, he gets angry with me because he "just fixed it". You said you fixed it. it's not fixed. I go inside and let them know I'd like my money back, minus the cost of parta. They argue with me, I relent and let them try again. 20 minutes later, significant improvement, but not pre-failure status. I tell them that. They tell me they can bleed it again, they're explaining to me that my brakes I had failed (I was a HEO for over 5 years, I know how brakes work, thanks). I told him us talking likely wasn't going to settle it, and that I'd dispute the charge (minus parts) with my company, and sorry we had to have a rough morning. because I wanted to give them a fair shake, (I came in slightly irritated because I had to drive into Atlanta metro on nonexistent brakes before bringing it back to the shop) I had my daughter drive my truck around. She noted the pedal pressure is significantly spongier than before, but she also says "I don't think it's dangerous or anything, it's just not close to how it was". I'm not going to dispute the charges, but I will wonder why it took 3 trips, an argument, and a third-party confirming the repair was "acceptable" but not to the pre-failure state. I will not be returnin, and I will not encourage people I know to go there.

They did quote me a better price for the alternator and battery back in January 2026. I end up need to take it back this month and cost me $1200 more for the water pump/coolant thermostat/drive belt tension replace. Bruce seems nice but I don't think he is as nice and professional as the review said. When I took the car in because the engine make noise, he said "leave it here and I will quote you tomorrow and it will be $140 or more for diagnostic" . He sent the quote the next day via text. When I called he just said the problem is in the quote don't even take time to explain the car problem and just brush me off. When I picked up the car, he just made me pay and say you all set don't even show me where the car is park so I can get it! Maybe they just too busy that they start having poor customer service! Originally, the vehicle was brought to another repair shop that was State Farm's preferred place. That shop not only didn't repair the damage, they made shotty repairs that made the vehicle look like an amateur did the work. They oversprayed the bumper sensors, painted over the gas cap seal, didn't replace fender pieces, damaged window panels, got overspray all over the rear of the vehicle. Then tried to convince us that the repairs were up to, "industry standards".... This is where Forsyth Collision became our hero. We went in and explained the situation to Steve. He did a quick look over and besides the issues we saw, he started pointing out things that we didn't even notice. Then the owner Salih came out and they both were noticing issues with the paint. They worked with State Farm to authorize the repairs of the "repair" from the first shop. Since the model was so new there were issues getting parts quickly, but Steve and Joseph made sure they kept us in the loop the entire time. When they notified us that the vehicle was ready, my wife and I were anxious to see the results. Well, we were blown away! It looked like a brand new SUV again! The difference in appearance was amazing. Every detail they said they were going to go over was handled and it was done to perfection.
