As owners, that is heartbreaking to witness. After reviewing the videos and conditions of the trainer's home, we were honestly shocked. The house appeared trashed, chaotic, and nowhere near the professional environment we were promised when paying for "professional" dog training services. Nothing about this experience reflected the level of care, structure, or quality that was advertised.
