I had an excellent experience using Expedited Freight Systems for a 2 pallet delivery. Everyone I spoke to on the phone to schedule the delivery was courteous and professional. They were accommodating with my delivery needs - lift gate & pallet jack. The driver, Val, was friendly, on time, helpful and willing to take the extra time & effort to drop the pallets exactly where needed. He even offered to come another time when needed and told us to ask for him on the next delivery. I will definitely use this service again. read more

I've used EFS a few times for freight services but never again! My shipment should have taken 2-3 days. They lost 1 pallet from a 4 pallet LTL shipment. They finally found the lost pallet 6 weeks later in a container at a terminal. I submitted a claim - they denied the claim in a instant saying they found it so all is good (basically). They sent it back to me at no cost - gee, thanks! $7,000 down the drain because of the EXTREME heat it was subjected to sitting in a container for 6 weeks. These guys are sketchy af! read more

Can you rate a Zero? Terrible experience! Booked an expedited 1 day transit load. They missed the pick up the 1st day. Called at 9 am the second day, was guaranteed they would arrive by 3 pm. Called at 2 pm just to check the status, found out they would not arrive until 5 pm. Finally showed up at 7 pm, had to send someone to open up the warehouse. Load left and should have been delivered to the customer the next day. The load at the terminal for 4 days. Called, stated they had no drivers. Stated they were going to offload to a another carrier, was guaranteed the load would be delivered the next day. All tracking indicated the load was delivery but then our customer called and stated they still had not received. Called the 3rd party direct and they had the load with NO EXPEDITED request. Begged them to delivery and they got the load out 1st thing the following day. EFT site shows the load was delivered the previous day! Seriously....guess they don't know the definition of a delivery! Will never use EFT again! 1 day expedited delivery turned into a 6 day fiasco! read more
