He's very professional and knowledgeable; just an all around great pool guy to have. After getting my pool from green to clean, he also serviced my Hayward heater who others claimed couldn't be fixed. Took him about 15 mins and voila! My heater was blowing like new! Just look at the picture I attached, my pool has never looked this nice! I would highly recommend Claudio and his company to anybody who wants fast, honest, reliable and a reasonably priced pool service! Thank you Revival pools for reviving my pool! Definitely 5stars!

CK Pools damaged my pool heater equipment by improper balancing…read moreand causing corrosion inside and then acknowledged fault, and then completely failed to make it right. Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.
