I was then told well there is another problem, our minimum order is actually $100 and I can't get your flowers delivered today because...and then the excuses began (my mother's house is about 1 mile door to door from flower shop). We have been busy. They can "only get Spanish people on the island" because nobody wants to drive over the bridges to Longboat Key. I drove back from Indiana this weekend and didn't have time. One of my children is with Jesus. But I will CALL your mom and explain why she isn't getting flowers. She informed me: well that wasn't my website you ordered form (it was), you need to call (nothing on website said you must call after completing an order on the site). She also said she's got "lots of business" so no reason to be too concerned with my displeasure. So...instead of flowers for her 80th, Mom got a call from a stranger with excuses and I got Laughing emojis to my complaint and prayers for me to "have a fantastic week".
