I was skeptical at first, but desperately to get my brows done before my friend's wedding in the next 2 days. So, I reached out to them via Yelp to see if they could get me in that same day since I had a flight to catch the next day and they were very accommodating. I was able to get my eyebrows done that afternoon! The place is very clean and my esthetician, Candis is absolutely a pro and takes her time. On top of that, she patiently listens to what you want and walks you through the process. I'm giving them 5 stars because on top of everything I mentioned above, friends in NYC complimented my brows non-stop. I'm very happy with this place and Candis and looking forward to my next visit!

I don't know how to explain it other then you just trust her. She is so experienced that it all just feels like a dance on your face. I LOVE her facials. So relaxing after a long mommy day. Her daughter Brigitte does tanning and is such a bubbly sweet women! We always have a good chat when she sprays me and the tan just looks perfect every time. She listens to what I am trying to achieve with my tan. This is not a one color fits all place. They have so many different products that they literally make you your own personalized blend, I call it magic potion! I love it and don't forget to pick a scent. They have so many to choose from. These tans are by far the most natural that I have ever seen. No stinky smells no weird colors or fading just a beautiful tan. Whether you are in desperate need of a facial or you need a beautiful tan for an event, this is the place to come to. These ladies are true experts at what they do, so thank you the glow bar for making us Marin mommies look so smashing. As Victoria Beckham says, "this place is major!" A total must!

They started mine first and my friend waited a little over a half an hour for her pedicure to start. We weren't in a hurry so, didn't mind the wait. Came here August 12, 2018 about 3pm. I was greeted by the owner. She looked pretty tired but she…read morewas really nice and conversational. It was nice and quiet besides the music. Since it was just her I was the only customer. Her co-worker was off. Fine by me, it made the experience a bit more relaxing. She started taking my old polish off and then scrubbed my feet before soaking them. I thought it was a bit weird but I went with it. As soon as I put my feet in the water to have the scrub rinsed off she wanted one foot to clip the nails. Kinda of weird since it's better to soak and soften the nail and skin a bit. But oh well. ORDERED: - regular pedicure $25.00 - Callous removal $5.00 ------------------------- Total $30 + tip PROS: - I was the only person there - OPI polish wish I liked - decent variety of colors for polish - offer Dead Sea facials while you get your nails done - used recyclable foil instead of plastic bag for callous remover. - foot massage was fantastic for sure. Most salons rub the arch of your foot for 5 min straight, so annoying. - hot towel after massage was a nice touch CONS: - she didn't set me up in my chair (arm rests, turning on massager, didn't offer water or something) - didn't soak my feet before clipping nails and cuticles on one of my feet - so friggin hot in the place. They need to install an AC somewhere - places needs some cleaning up (repaint walls, baseboards, door, pick different paint for walls) - massage chair was okay but I couldn't pick what I wanted so I had to use the multi massage option. Wasn't bad though

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE…read more I came here for eyelash extensions and eyebrow waxing. Eyelash extensions have increased in price from $120 to $170, but this doesn't matter. About waxing, this isn't my first time here, but this is my first time experiencing this bad feeling. The owner here has been drinking alcohol before serving me. Her wax was left too hot and she didn't blow for cool down before waxing. Maybe it was from working while not sober that she let the wax straighten heat up and burned me badly. When I talked to her to solve this problem, she said because my skin was thin and told me to put on powder and vaseline. No one treated the burn that way and once again this is NOT MY FIRST TIME waxing here . She denied responsibility and did not acknowledge her fault. She said the wound would heal tomorrow, but it wasn't my first time waxing and I knew what it meant to be burned. 4 days have passed and my eyes are still scarred and I am not sure if my eyes are free of scars. She is not responsible or compensating for me at all. She asked me to pay in cash and took a total of $185. She was cruel to cause this incident to me without being responsible and even took a large amount of cash without telling at the beginning. I think people will understand when I say a business only takes cash during this time and is not responsible for its mistake. Be smart when choosing where to give your beliefs.
