Not a good pedicure. She was having a hard time with the nail polish probably because it was old but she should have gotten a new bottle and started over. It wasn't like I got a discount because of the old polish (which shouldn't have been on the wall to begin with). Good thing I wasn't going to a wedding or a special affair, but I was leaving for Florida on vacation the next day, otherwise I would have made them redo the polish. Nail tech did a wonderful job doing my nails. Tech took their time to thoroughly do my nails. I received a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. I love the blue color that I selected! Environment was clean, workers were constantly sanitizing surfaces, and washing hands. Customers also required to wash hands, which helps keep everyone safe. I love the social distancing glass that was put up at each station to protect customers and the employees. Only downfall was the wait time. I will definitely be back to get my nails done again! I've always had great service from their Powdersville location. However, Dec . 1st was different. Great pedicure but I used my debit card and gave a tip. Big mistake. Whoever entered the amounts later forgot the tip, so credited the acct. So now I have a debit and a credit but the true debit didn't show until the 2nd. The correct amount showed but so did another transaction of the incorrect amount. I now have -25, +25, -25, and -27. Just a pedicure. The 27 is correct. 25 + 2 tip. Oddly enough, only the 27$ shows in her receipts for dec 1. It is showing in my bank account. I sent her screenshots of all four transactions. She's not responded even with a thank you. read more

I have never been treated so rudely at any salon in my life as I was today. The technician was generally annoyed about something throughout the process, but that was fine. What was not okay was what happened when I accidentally messed up a toe putting my sandals back on. I thought I'd waited long enough, but I smeared one, and the technician behaved so poorly at me that I left without getting it fixed. She slammed stuff and shouted at me and then spoke about it in her native language to the male technician. It was embarrassing and unnecessary... :( read more

Was a customer here for far too long. The nail quality varies by nail tech. The owner is THE worst! She failed miserably at giving me chrome nails. High turnover!!!! Poorly trained techs. What an unprofessional, low quality place. I came here with my sister a few days ago visiting from DC and was appalled by the end of my appointment of the low grade service I received. First, we walked in and I knew something was wrong. The nail techs were sitting around on their phones and gossiping ignoring us. We told them we wanted pedicures. My sister got an asian woman who seemed to do a decent job with her nails. But this is about my service. I was assigned to a white guy to do my nails. It was quite apparent that he he absolutely no experience with nails, he did not trim my cuticles with any efficiency and was gossiping with other techs about other customers and literally made me fear that he was going to cut me. I've never experienced that before. The whole experience took about 15 min when it should have taken at least thirty. But boy was I glad to be done. He used cheap polish and had headphones on in one ear the whole time so when he wasn't chatting and not paying attention to giving me a manicure, he was humming music. My cuticles are still almost fully there. I shudder at the thought of returning and the unprofessionalism of this place wouldn't make me wish a manicure from here on my own enemy! read more

WORST nail salon I have ever been to in my life! I visited them a few years back and they were great. I'm not sure what has happened. I asked the owner, who did my nails, for a simple process. She convinced me to add another layer on top that would look like "pearls." Skeptical, I asked if it would be conservative or sparkly (due to my work environment). She assured me it wouldn't be sparkly. It WAS!!! It looks cheap, not professional and not classy. I'm horrified!! My pedicure was almost as bad. The tech burned my toe nails and smudged them too. I paid extra for callous removal and afterwards I realized I still have callouses on my big toes and heels. I'll have to use my ped egg to finish what she started. SMH The amount they charged for the services was VERY overpriced and totally not worth it. I will never ever go to this salon again. Buyer Beware!!! read more

The one on verde absolutely sucks. I used to get my nails done there all the time until the last 2 times I went. One of my nails was crooked and they all looked bad because the lady was rushing to finish them and I went back to get it fixed and the lady literally told me it was Bc my actual nail is crooked and that's never happened before. The next time I went to get my acrylics off and they are supposed to use acetone and cotton balls and foil but he grabbed a nail tip and starts DIGGING UNDER THE FAKE NAIL AND PEELING MY NAILS OFF. I COULD HAVE DONE THAT ON MY OWN IF I WANTED TO. My nails were so damaged and it hurt. He took the top layer of them off and it doesn't seem sanitary there either. They are rude and I didn't say anything because the guy that was doing my nails was literally complaining to me about their other costumer asking too many questions. This place is horrible I do not ever recommend if you care about your nails. read more

I just moved here and was told to come here by a client. I got my eyebrows waxed, by the owner might I add, which was a terrible mistake!! She nearly cut my eyebrows in half. They are super thin, have no arch anymore, and look so bad an eyebrow pencil can't even temporarily fix them. She proceeded to say "she was doing me a favor by fixing them". Low quality and unprofessional. Came in for the first time to get an eyebrow and lip wax. They told me to sit in a chair and then moved me to two different chairs within 2 minutes. Ended up stuck about 6" behind people sitting at nail dryers with no room to spare. The tech then proceeded to accidentally drip a large amount of wax on my shoulder and hair. It was a mess. She tried to get the wax off of my shirt with an oil type liquid, which proceeded to stain my silk blend shirt. I kept pulling more wax, and thus hair, out of my head as she kept insisting there was no wax in my hair over and over. Just an awful experience. read more
